I had purchased both items in this package a few years ago separately and got a lot of value out of them. I had marked them up a lot and decided to get fresh copies. The spiral bound workbook seems fine, but as soon as I opened the book, a page dridted loose. I also noticed the paper is much thinner.

Awesome Book. Just go for it. No second thought.
