How do you get the spray attachment to work? Almost invisible is an "open" on the upper section, but it does nothing but twist fruitlessly

There is a safety tab on the neck, twist this quarter of a turn clockwise and then press the lever in the normal way.

What's the NPK ratio, please?

I don't believe it contains those. The label says mineral nutrients, pure plant oils, humic acid and fulvic acid. (no urea)

Can you use this on other house plants?

You can, but the formulation is weaker than, say Baby Bio and may not be enough food for plants other than orchids.

can this spray be used in addition to other feeds simultaneously or should it be used alone?

Yes, it can be used in addition to other feeds. This is what I have done and my orchid is very happy. I am using a fertilizer once every two weeks and in addition, use Orchid Myst every 10 days.
