I raised my 2 year old Bichon- ShihZu on this puppy food ... she loved it & with confidence I know it provides her all the nutritional care she needed as a pup and to this day she still enjoys an occasional little dish of “puppy cookies”. You might check to see if RC has “ Puppy Poodle” food. It is truly designed to meet the needs of your dog breed. For example the curved shape of the shihZu puppy food is purposefully curved due to the breeds under bite I learned about RC through my Vet at the time .. it’s the only brand they carried. Find the one for you and a big yes... you will be pleased. All the best to you and your pup!

I have a Shih tzu and Pomeranian mix. would this be good for my 3.5 month old pup?

Yes, I think so. I give it 2 my Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise mix [Teddy Bear] so I think you are good w/it. The size and shape of the nugget is great for their little mouths! Good luck!

Why does shipping take so long. Not a good way to keep customers!

Puppies love it to the last bite!

We have been feeding our puppies Royal Canin for years. We have tried other brands from time to time but Royal Canin is the only dry puppy/dog food that they seem to enjoy even when they reach the bottom of the bag! The puppies digest this food well and thrive on it. They even sleep better with no tummy upset. We have had tummy issues with other puppy food but never with Royal Canin. I highly recommend this dey food for puppies.

Great choice amongst many..

I’ve been feeding my Shitzsu female mascot this food for over 6 months prior to that she ate the puppy choit for 3 months. Her original weight was only 3lbs she is now a great managed weight of 11.5 lbs healthy and happy she’s almost 1 years old and will need to grow her food we will stick with this brand for her adult food next ! That’s how happy we all are with this kibble.. Thanks Royal Canin..
