Great products for beginner
I have been getting gel with extensions done at salons (asian) for years, but as its getting costly and have a puppy to attend to i cant always make it out to get my nails done on a weekend morning when i have the chance. After watching them do my nails for years i pretty much get the jist, so i looked for a kit to use which had the basics. Alot of kits on Amazon provide powder colour gel pots which i dont know how to use, so this was the best i could find for the norm, and for the price its brilliant.Traditionally at salons from my experience, they just add extensions, powder and liquid (monomer) and a gel colour of my choice. This kit also provides nail files to help shape your desired, a nail trimmer, and cuticle stick. Doing my nails myself will never be as perfect as salons use electric tools, but this is enough for me to get me by as i am used to having long nails e.g texting, typing on a keyboard etc, baring in mind i've had extensions for about 4 years now.The only extras i needed which are pretty IMPORTANT are; nail glue, monomer (acrylic powder liquid), gel colours and a UV lamp which i borrowed from a friend. Altogether its costed me no more than £50 for equipment, could get a few manicures done, probably enough for less than £5 each, which at a salon for a full set would cost me £40 (including take off and new set).To conclude, if anyone is in a similar situation to me then i would highly recommend this kit, given you also purchase extras. I did it all on here. Hope this helps someone!

You can’t use this until you buy acrylic liquid!!!!
I’m sad to be writing a bad review because I think for the money this product is great.. Yet although it provides lots of things for acrylic nails it doesn’t supply the acrylic liquid!!! So how the hell am I supposed to use it???

Maybe spend a little more to get the right stuff but you can make this work.
This would have been better if it included monomer and nail glue. Luckily I bought after reading reviews so I wasn't stuck without it..So this came with most of the things you would need. You will definitely need to get a different brush to apply acrylic ( I actually used a eyeshadow brush lol) but it worked for me.You will need additionally;MonomerAn application brushNail glueNails - although it comes with them, it's not the best so get the yellowy natural nailsNail clippers if you want coffin shape. It does come with the cutter. The smoothing block (you can get ten for like £5)Electronic filer (can't remember the brand but it's not more than £18 and it's a grey hub with one knob and two switch's on the front)Cuticle oilThe quality of these things aren't the best however you can make it work if you have time and patience. I would advise you to go to the nail supply store to get the proper ones but this is usable should you have the tools.I ordered the filer that I know is used in the nail shops and a shellac set via Amazon which helped me to do my nails somewhat decently. As I practice I will undoubtedly get better but for now these will do.

What’s with the brush!!!!
I’ve never done acrylic on myself before and the stuff in the kit is great, however instructions are useless because they’re for a uv lamp that isn’t even included, and there are a few essentials missing! The brush is beyond unusable! How I finished one hand I don’t know but now I can’t do the other because the bristles have fanned out and curled!! The pink acrylic is far to clear so I mixed the white and pink together, I don’t know if it’s common practise to put a base in the pot 2/3 of the way up but it’s deceiving with how much powder you get! 2 stars because I did eventually get 1 hand done and finished!

THIS SHOULD NOT BE SOLD!
im Just gonna get straight to the point. This kit is terrible! The acrylic powders are rubbish they don’t look smooth whatsoever as u can see in the picture. The brush got damaged after one use. The nail clipper is rubbish.everything here is rubbish. I just wasted money on a product that is useless. I should’ve listened to the people who complained about it🤦🏽♀️ THIS KIT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS AT ALL YOU CANT DO ANYTHING WITH IT! I’m now gonna have to wait to July to order a new kit off somewhere else now sigh.. and also my finger is slightly burning as some of the powder got onto my thumb nail. And btw u cannot male ombré with the pink and white as the powders are terrible please listen to me no hate for the seller or whatever but this product should not be sold at all.

Excelent basic/new starter kit
All of the items mentioned arrived safely, nothing damaged. I have already tried them and I'm super satisfied with the result. Couldn't ask for more - my nails are beautiful and I'm pleased with the products in this kit. That's a very good price for this kit also - it has everything you need to get started except the acrylic liquid which is cheap and can easily be ordered separately.

would reccomend
I was very sceptical reading the reviews when buying this but i have to say i was made up with it. Yes the acrylic fluid isnt included but this is normally around 9 pound a bottle so you wont get this with a 16 pound nail kit! yes u need an electric file i bought a set for £20 off amazon. Yes the finger was a little weird and the brushes were awful so i will buy these seperately but overall i was happy with my purchase and even tho the tubs are small a little goes a long way!
