These are the last gel I take in a long run to get me over the tough home stage. The lift is actually obvious, you feel so much better and it gives you the energy and will to finish. Taste isn't too bad either, it's a sort of combination of berry with burnt coffee (but better than I make it sound).

Go down with no issues, taste is inoffensive and they give the required boost. Only small issue is they can be a little fiddly to open and you end up getting sticky gel on your hands that you have to deal with for the rest of your run

Another effective product from SIS.
Like the other SIS products we've used the Caffeine gel worked as expected, on a personal note my son (who I buy these for) didn't like the taste. But the taste is secondary to the performance of the product which is excellent.

Some missing from the box.
This is not a review of the product, but my overall experience. Outer plastic packaging was complete, but the bottom of the box had clearly been opened and two gels were missing. Too much trouble to return it because of this, but really annoying that this has happened.

Pretty horrible taste when you need it least
Pretty horrible taste when you need it least. Not as easy on the stomach as the SIS isotonic gels. Not sure where the caffeine becomes a benefit in endurance sport, but that's just my limited experience. Try a single one before paying out for a box.

Estos son muy líquidos y con balance perfecto de azúcar. He consumido 4 y hasta 5 en una media maratón sin ningún trastorno de estómago. No necesitan agua para consumirse
