This mask does a great job of blocking out all light. The mask itself is a good size and snug fit; it's made of a really comfortable, soft and slightly padded material (neoprene I think) so it doesn't leave any marks or creases on your face no matter what position you sleep in, nor does it dig in either although I don't have my strap set too tightly around my head just to make sure.The cups mean you can get away wearing it with make-up and false eyelashes (provided the lashes aren't over-long) if you were to use it while travelling. My hair didn't tangle or catch on the velcro fastener either however my hair does get quite messed up at the back from the strap when I've had a particularly restless night.I haven't bothered with the earplugs as I've used the foam type before and they don't block out any noise really. I bought silicon ear plugs separately.The mask is nicely packaged and comes with a drawstring pouch to keep it in. I've washed it fairly often since using it with no visible deterioration.Overall, I'm very very pleased with this sleep mask; I only wish I'd bought one years ago! Highly recommended.

Too stiff so although the bit over your eyes doesn't touch your eye, the border is tight over your cheeks.
