I'm a fan of all Johnsonville sausages. Great quality. The percentage of lean to fat ratio is vey good. Great flavor.

I decided to try the Variety Pack with Original, Beef, and Jalapeno Cheddar and I'm so glad I did. I grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania and had the great fortune of my mother who was one of 7 children born to farmers with 150 acres and who had also placed 1st in the National 4-H Competition for Canning and Gardening. Those skills rubbed off into every aspect of food prep and she had no rivals. I know what good food is supposed to taste like when spices and flavorings are used to enhance the base flavors and not overpower them - and this is the key to World renowned Pennsylvania Dutch Style Cooking. Seltzer's Smokehouse Brand Lebanon Bologna and Sweet Lebanon Bologna are what I consider the best available substitute to that which I remember from when I was growing up. But this! This is top notch too! I started with the Jalapeño Cheddar and expected the Jalapeno to be overpowering and was surprised to find out they know what they're doing and stuck to the Pennsylvania Dutch Model. The Jalapeno is easily noticed but it is a strong background flavor and does not take center stage or overpower the Cheddar or the flavor of the Sausage. If you want a stronger Jalapeño flavor you'll have to ad slices of it to your plate. I can't wait to try the other two but they'll have to wait. I ate all the Jalapeño Cheddar in only two sittings!I highly recommend their line of Summer Sausage!So how did I get Jalapeño to come out correct instead of Jalapeno? I did it the lazy way and misspelled it and then chose the correct spelling after it notified me I spelled it wrong. I don't know how to get this ñ otherwise.

Well made, good value when compared to others, and although I love garlic I just didn't like the flavor of this. But it was nice that it didn't have stringy pieces of tendon and fat blobs like another brand I tried.

Larger size than I can find in the grocery stores, great snack with Ritz crackers & cheese!Better flavor than the other brands! I always make a tray of them on Thanksgiving! But a great snack anytime!

The sausages arrived promptly. Very good flavor. I like the price. I put it on subscription. I’m very satisfied.

I love summer sausage, the Johnsonville Summer Sausage ranks right up there with my favorites. Couldn't find it locally so ordered it from Amazon, now I give it to my sausage loving family every Christmas, works as a stocking stuffer for my kids (we still give stockings at Christmas, just a family tradition).
