As a long term collector of Spode Blue Room porcelain It is great to be able to still buy this product. However, the porcelain is a little thicker and heavier than the original.

Bought as a gift to replace a much loved Spode mug, very pleased with the quality and the price. The pattern is lovely and very crisp, my Mum loves it and in my book that's a good sign! I would recommend this product and the price was good.

If you like drinking out of blue and white, this is a beautiful choice. An unusual design and part of a varied range that can be collected. The mug is robust but not heavy, with a good handle size. Very pleasant to drink from - especially tea.Well packaged in a box.

Blue Room used to be nice, light, bone china. This feels thick on the lips and is heavy in the hand

I already have several of these spode mugs which are much lighter in weight and colour. These are heavy and darker blue and I suspect are not porcelain at all due to the weight. Perhaps the much cheaper price per mug was an indication as to the inferior quality, also had to wait several weeks for delivery. Very disappointing in all respects.
