Kilner Preserve Jar 0.5L (500ml) Round Glass Screw Top Lid Preservation Storage Jar for Jams Chutneys Small Pickled Fruits

These jars were bought with a particular storage use for us, to store tea, coffee and sugar. They have been most excellent in being able to do that. The lids are defiantly airtight. The glass is most thick and very durable. As we enjoyed the use of these, look good also on a top, we decided to make use of a couple more to store lentils and pearl barley in. Again, due to them being airtight, that has worked really well. No issues of damp within the jars have occurred with any of them, each remaining in good quality, even though they have been knocked around a little in storage. Excellent quality, great price and so very versatile as storage jars. Recommended.

I was struggling to find a set of canisters that I really liked for tea, coffee and sugar so bought three of these instead...they look really good, keep everything airtight and were slightly bigger than I was anticipating which is a good thing! There's about a third of a jar of coffee in the coffee one so will easily hold a standard jar of instant Easy to clean and don't smear when dried Very, very happy and they are an absolute steal at the price they are ☺️

I bought this Kilner 0.5L jar to try making overnight oats, and it’s been amazing! The size is just right—plenty of space for oats, milk, yogurt, and all my favourite toppings, with room to stir it all together without any mess. The screw-top lid is pretty secure, and i haven't had any leaks if I throw it in my bag for work. It’s also really sturdy and feels great quality compared to some of the cheaper jars I’ve used before. Cleaning it is easy, and it doesn’t hold onto smells, which is a huge plus. Honestly, whether you’re making oats like me this jar is a winner. Highly recommend!

I use it when keeping a small amount of sourdough starter in the fridge

Clean, simple, and does exactly what it should. The glass looks good and feels solid without being stupidly heavy. Nice thick glass so it doesn’t feel cheap, but still easy to handle day to day. Lid seals well and keeps overnight oats fresh with no leaks or smells. Easy to clean and doesn’t stain. Good size, good design, and good value. Would happily buy another.

Great for storing large amounts of ingredients that require an airtight seal. Have had in my basket for a while and the price fluctuates but i got it for £2.50 and its well worth it
