I bought this to use on my daughters eczema in her writs and it cleared it up in a matter of days. It is a great option as a barrier cream and not just a nappy cream. I would highly recommend as a gentle but effective option for dry or irritated skin.

I found this cream, which is a nappy cream amazing. I have suffered from itching in a sensitive area for a number of years. I’ve used the usual creams for the area but in fact made it worse. I’ve been given cream from my doctor but nothing worked. I was using Bedpathon as a barrier but the itching continued. I decided to use this cream only because it was a lot cheaper to be honest but thought I would give it a try. The result was almost immediate, the itching stopped. After a few days no more itch! On some days I don’t even use the cream. It was only on one day I experienced itching but it was so mild compared to what it was. I’ve continued to use and the itch has not returned.

Really good for everyday use and preventing rashes

This saved my little one from nappy rash many times. It goes on thickly but was still easy to rub in and kept him protected for hours between changes. It is gentle enough not to irritate his skin and is an essential part of the nappy bag.

I use this as a weekly barrier cream/spot cream and it is fab! It doesn’t break me out, it’s moisturising and the zinc is great for healing
