Works
These are working for me to make awl blades from high speed steel stock. Exactly what I wanted and the diamonds are lasting so far through multiple blades and make quick work of rough shaping the steel.

Good product 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 topper laps
It’s been difficult to find finer topper laps for the last few months. I give these a 7 out of 10. They cut very smooth but I did have repair a few nicks and gouges when they were new. They are working very nicely now.

Works as expected
Easy to use and decent quality. Definitrly need a support lap under them though becauwe they are thin

Functional but poor quality and gauging
The price is right, and functionally they were good. However, the 3000 grit Desk did a worse job and my 1200 grit high tech diamond plate performed. I would not expect to use these to finish anything, but roughing in to a fine polish is OK.

What’s with the sticker?
I’ve ordered these laps a lot over the past few years and they have lasted and worked pretty well. This last order, they all had stickers on them. That in itself is understandable, but the stickers are fairly big and were put on off center. This caused the sticker to be all over the working area and am unable to get all the sticker glue off. I’m going to try to soak it in hot water and see it that will work and get the stickers off the other laps before using them. Other than that recent change, they have been great laps to use. Hopefully they will refine their process and get the sticker centered up at least.Edit: I soaked the plates in hot water to get most of the sticker off and used rubbing alcohol to get the glue off. All is good
