Please check amount of sulforaphane before you buy
The amount of sulforaphane in one capsule is way too small, just waste of money. Unfortunately didn't check before buying and unable to return now.

Do your own research!
400mcg is a such a small dose of Sufloraphane that your better off eating a bag of broccoli. In all studies, candidates were given 50mg+, anything less is a waste of time and your money. Swanson must know this fact. Now I know this company is full of it, I'm blacklisting them.

Ask to see certificate of analysis
I bought this some time ago to test in the lab. Basically it had no sulforaphane when we tested using HPLC. I emailed Swanson to let them know and to ask to see their certificate of analysis. They refused. To my mind that makes them, as a company, untrustworthy.
