Literally blown away by how good this product is. I did not expect this to be as amazing as it was. I rehomed 2 rescue cats 3 weeks ago and one (unneutered) cst has started marking all over house but especially on my couch. The smell was v v potent and I had cleaned it with vax spot cleaner and the spot cleaning machine. Whole living room still smelled of cat pee. Inordered thus and used it as soon as it came. Within an hour the smell had disappeared from the air and within 14 hours it was dry and I hoovered it. Literally zero odour. Or stain. Buy it of you have cats or animals. I will be subscribing. Amazing product

My dog ate something really disgusting, and then threw it up on the living room carpet. It stank something awful.My partner used this cleaner as part of the process of cleaning up the mess.It worked well, and both the mess and the smell have now gone.A good product and would recommend.

This stuff is incredible!! I have fostered 90 cats/kittens in 18 months and my bedroom carpet has been repeatedly wee'd on. I spent £110 on cleaning the carpet, plus replaced most of the underlay as it had soaked through, yet I could still smell it. I was recommended this stuff by a friend, I bought a big bottle and literally emptied the whole bottle on a 2m square space yesterday afternoon. This morning, it's still a bit wet... but NO SMELL!! Joy!!! :) :) :)I have however given this product 4 stars as the spray mechanism is absolutely AWFUL!!! The spray gun comes separately and you have to pierce the cardboard stopper at the top of the bottle. I could not get the spray to screw in properly without it keeping popping off, which was rather annoying considering how much spraying was required. Also, you cannot spray the product downwards onto the carpet, it needs to be held level or even upwards as otherwise the product does not come out. Really annoying when you are trying to spray the carpet accurately.It's an expensive product, however now the smell has gone I have no regrets buying this product. In future if I needed to order more, I'd probably go for the smaller bottle with the spray already inserted and hope that would work better.

I’ve had cats all my life yet I’ve never even heard of this stuff 😮I was about to throw out my sofa until I decided to goggle about my furbaby being in season and spraying my sofa multiple times ..Lavender essential oil didnt work to stop her doing it like goggle said but I didn’t let that sway me trying what google said about the smell because cleaning alone didn’t shift that stench or all of the stain 😭If your furbabies are intact then you need this in the cupboard foreverIt’s highly effective clearly super strong and great at taking up the stain and smell left behind and it smells so lovely..Once it had been on 5mins I used absorbent kitchen roll to absorb the area of excess liquid which lifts off any stain they are completely gone and my sofa looks brand new with the freshest of smells ..

The product seems to work quite well and the residual odour is not unpleasant, however, the bottle comes with a cap, underneath which is a foil/card seal. Once the cap and seal are removed the spray pump is supposed to screw straight on, however, the threads don't seem to match properly and the fit is so poor that fluid leaks out at this point. Furthermore, the anti-tamper ratchet makes it virtually impossible to remove the pump once fitted in order to try and re-seat it better.I would not buy again because of the dreadful fit of the pump.

I've never been so happy to receive a cleaning product.We had gone from an orderly household to one in which it felt every living creature (including humans) were committing unspeakable acts over the carpet in the space of 2 days. Most of it was down to the new puppy but our youngest had an unfortunate incident where his dinner came back after a particularly eventful day in the sun at legoland. On reflection a, heavy dinner of chorizo bean chilli probably wasn't the best for him after a day like that. After the horrors that ensued there, we've agreed to retire that family favourite meal for a while as I for one can't look at it and feel remotely hungry.It's worth mentioning our carpet is a creamy beige. You know what colour chorizo bean chilli is, right?We cleaned up as best we could but the aforementioned puppy KEPT GOING BACK TO THE SPOT AND LICKING THE CARPET. Cleary something was lingering.In comes this marvellous bottle to save the day. I went round the areas the pup had peed on the carpet and it got rid of any lingering smell very quickly. Also copious amounts were sprayed on the scene of the chorizo bean chilli's 2nd coming.After leaving it to work for the recommended time we blotted it up and went back for a few sniff tests as it dried up. Everything seems fine. No residual smells and no staining. I even sprayed it straight on to a wet patch of puppy pee and blotted it back up and it seems to have tackled it in one go.So all in all pleased overall as it seems very effective. The puppy hasn't returned to that particular patch of carpet since for a sneaky taste of 2nd hand chorizo bean chilli.The smell isn't great to me - it's hard to describe, it doesn't smell super fresh or anything, nor is it particularly unpleasant. It just has a small that doesn't do much for me. But in terms of dealing with some truly nasty stuff, it seems to excel. The spray has harmless bacteria in it to really get down to business with anything causing a stench.To cap it off the dog pooped on the carpet this morning too. In the 30 seconds I didn't have eyes on her. Fortunately it was easy to pick up and a quick spray / blot has dealt with any potential odour.No doubt I'll need more spray as I'm half way through the bottle already. But I'd definitely buy more of this.Also, it's fairly pricey but considering it works well, I think I can live with that.

Works really well and nice smell...better than pish anyway!

The product itself is fantastic and definitely gets rid of the gross urine smell, but as per all the other reviews, good GRIEF the spray bottle is horrendous. It leaks, it doesn’t spray very well, we can’t take the top off to decant it into another spray bottle as it’s jammed on, so we had to literally saw the top off it! Please improve your spray bottle.
