I have issues with my feet and hip and, when I over do it, I end up with a lot of pain. My son got himself a hook and liked it so much he got me one. I started using the hook every night before bed and slowly but surely things improved. Not only does it relaxes my neck and my shoulders after a busy day but my feet and hip started to get relieved. I no longer use it every day because I don't always need it but, as soon as I feel a muscle getting tight, I reach for my hook! It's very sturdy. The shape makes it easy to relax even as I give myself a pressure point massage. I haven't found a sore muscle I could not reach with this. Perfect for relaxing muscles after a hard day at work. Fits perfectly in my suitcase and goes with me wherever we go. I love it!

My wife bought one and loved it. I stole it from her and kept it in my home office where I used it quite often. Until one night walking into the living room, using the TriggerPoint AcuCurve Massage Cane rather deeply on my back and it broke... The broken piece flew across the room and landed near the fireplace poker set. I couldn't believe it! I bought a new one the next day. I now know how much pressure to apply and not break the darn thing. With that said, it's a great stress reliever and I think we all need a little stress relief every now and again... Not so hard though!

Excellently designed to reach areas others don't reach! Would never want to live without this! I'm a professional massage therapist for almost 20 years, I've worked standing up in retail jobs running a cash register & walking hard floors. I've sat at desks all of my life, sometimes on jobs for eight or more hours a day. Been in a number of car accidents etc too, starting in childhod. And had migraine and cluster tension headaches since early childhood and throughout my life.This helps me with trigger points, upper back tension, forward head posture from using my phone and sitting reading too much - as well as emotional and mental stress causing tension and 'knots' in my back. It helps when I've lifted things that were too heavy or with repetitive motion strain.It's easy to use, has superior leverage, Compact and I take it in my car places when I feel like I might need it during the day or on a trip. I cannot recommend this one highly enough, it's very special and unique!

Video was uploaded separately. This was such an amazing tool in helping relieve back shoulder pain especially around the neck and ESPECIALLY for people who look down into their phones too much! Yes you too! Stand straight! You're welcome. But over 6 months of moderate use (once a week if I average it out, since I'd use it more heavily after certain weekends when I'd go out and not use it at all for some weeks at a time).. now it's just become much looser, lost the tension within and soooo much more difficult to get it to pull onto the right spot. Honestly works at 20-30% of what it was capable of when I first got it. It used to be so relieving that I got a buddy of mine one too. Now I'm just disappointed that it didn't last even a year, although I would expect multiple years 3 at minimum, since this wasn't one of the cheaper ones, it was more moderately priced for this type of item on Amazon. There were similar items for nearly half the cost or 40% off what this was.

Especially if you're by yourself this is a game changer! I can now work on knots in my shoulders. Black egg shape is hard while orange balls are a bit pliable but not much. The cane itself will flex just enough for you to put proper pressure. Love it!

Works great but be aware too much rubbing can lead to painful blistered area. I went to town on a pinched nerve in my shoulder area and wore a 4 inch blister on my back. Now i have burn pains on top of nerve pain. Again, It felt incredible while using it but don't go crazy with it.
