I used to have what I happily called a 'cast iron stomach', as I could eat pretty much (and DID pretty much) eat anything, along with incredibly spicy foods without suffering from any unpleasant after effects, but after I brewed up what can only be described as the tooth abscess to end all tooth abscesses a few months back and was subsequently given a course of Amoxycillin, a powerful antibiotic, my cast iron stomach ceased to be. Not to go into too much detail, but suffice to say that I didn't stray too far from the bathroom for the duration of the course and it would seem that my stomach has never quite recovered as nearly every time I eat something spicy or rich I'm running to bathroom less than an hour later, which isn't just unpleasant; it's embarrassing. This came to a head recently after I was at a friend's place for a meal and after I'd ate their generous portion of vegan curry I found myself suffering the usual stomach cramps and had to excuse myself as I retreated to their bathroom. As a result of this, I decided to see if I could do anything about this to see if I could restore the 'flora' to my stomach which was badly affected by those antibiotics, which is when I had the thought that a good probiotic would probably do the job. As someone whose been vegan for nearly five years now, trying to find something in the supermarket that would suit me would be pointless, as it would seem that probiotics only exist in dairy form in those places, so I turned to Amazon to see if there were any alternatives which is when, of course, I discovered that they also came in capsule form. Despite there being an array of all different sorts of probiotic capsules (some of which are ridiculously expensive) available, I decided to check these inexpensive ones out first to see if they made any difference at all and have been taking a couple of them with every evening meal for about a week now and... Well, I'm absolutely astonished! It would seem that they've totally calmed my stomach down and I've been able to eat several meals now and some spicy foods without suffering any discomfort or frantic dashes to the bathroom, which is far better than I expected. There's no polite way to say this however, but they do have the unfortunate side effect of causing me rather tremendous amounts of flatulence after taking them, but I suspect that this will calm down after prolonged use. For the time being, I'm having to blame those mice with trombones...

Everyone s experience is different but for me they settled my IBS immediately they are very effective. Try them for yourself . It’s a very good product Must be kept in fridge after opening

I've struggled with iBS for a number of years but its become particularly bad over the last 3-6 months. I used to take these years ago but stopped when it all settled down. I started taking these again 2 weeks ago, I take 2 a day in a morning after breakfast and they have really made a difference. I noticed a vast improvement after about 5 days and I'm still almost symptom free. The painful bloating seems to be a thing of the past and I'm more regular (toilet wise) now than i have been in months. These are also really good value for money as they are a lot more expensive in some health food shops. I would highly recommend.

If you need packaging that actually holds, do not buy this product. If you don't care about packaging, but the content, then these guys always help me when I struggle with indigestion. When I get cramps and digestive problems 2 days of max dosage always resolve all problems. Really like the product.

My understanding is that it takes at least 30 days for the friendly bacteria to build up so the first 30 days are probably wasted anyway but you don't see any warnings on that. I've taken "not these ones" before after food poisoning which also destroyed friendly acid so I know the type of product fairly well. I was suffering with my gut again which was why I ordered this brand ... took these and I have found the trouble basically went away but I suppose people who have had food poisoning forget that it takes years to rebuild and some times the poison hits the immune system and I do have a problem with that which is why I also take Ginseng, Selenium, Cod Liver Oil, Ginkgo Biloba and drink a couple of large mugs of Green Tea per day. I would not rate these as a 1 star but for the price and that I have taken them for 3 months and they have had a beneficial effect I would rate them 3 stars.

I used to get diarrhea quite often depending on what I ate. My stomach would be upset several times a week but these probiotics have been such a good addition to my suppliments. I immediately felt a difference. I would take them after lunch and dinner and not experience any bad stomach. I feel confident eating out without worrying if there is a toilet nearby. I would recommend these. I think they are healing my irritable gut.

I take these every day, they keep me regular and stop me from bloating, I definitely recommend them.

As described. Been taking one a day for a month and haven't really seen any digestion benefit. Will probably have to up the dosage.
