The media could not be loaded.  These Dr. Foot gel cup heel cushions are fabulous! They provide so much relief for plantar fasciitis, ankle, heel pain, I am an contractor some days I have to go up and down on a ladder and they make my daily treks so much more enjoyable and comfortable.These gel pads really added the support, protection and comfort to my heels. These inserts are of great quality and thick enough to provide excellent relief and comfort.Overall these really do the trick! I work on my feet for long hours, sometimes walking and go up and down all day. I put this on my favorite shoes, they’re great I can go on walks with my dog even after walking all day at work. These have been a lifesaver!

The back end of this is perfect, it is the height and arch that I wanted, however, the length of the end hits just under my mid foot and started to rub/hurt as I wore it throughout the day. If it was just a tad shorter (for my foot) it would have worked great.

I like these inserts. They are soft and feel pretty comfortable in my shoes.

I wasn't sure how these inserts were going to work. They do take a little getting used to but that only takes a couple of days. Definite relief on my heels. Bone spurs were getting uncomfortable and these helped a lot. They do stay in place as they are quite sticky. I did notice an unusual odor from them after a couple of days but they are easy to wash and dry. Just a little soap and water then hang dry. I now have two pairs to rotate between use and keep odor problems away. One other observation. These do tend to push your feet foward as they raise the height of your heel. It is a good idea to make sure you have the correct shoe size so your toes don't feel crunched together against the inside of your shoe.

I was very excited to get this product since my foot heel has been hurting so bad lately, and it worked perfectly for a while ( I wanted it in my home slippers while working ) but in only three days the adhesive which apparently is not water proof wore out and now the darn things keep slippng out of my slippers and are extremely annoying and irritating. its more an inconvenience and waste of money rather than actual help. wish they had thought of a better way to keep it in place. The comfort and pain was less though once in place ( only if it stayed in :-(

Super nice quality, well made and very comfortable to use. Easy to insert into shoes and adds a wonderful layer of cushion to any shoe that needs it. Turned my boots in to all day shoes, with no more wearing on my heels and causing foot pain. Great price, highly recommend.

My wife has had Plantar Fasciitis and great insoles that are just right for her are difficult to find as most PF insoles really have too high of an arch in them which feels like a hard bump in her shoes.It’s been her right heel that’s the problem.So,this was truly a test purchase to be able to slip these heel insoles into any of her shoes.She received these today.She put them in a brand new pair of loafers,& finally,absolute relief without losing comfort.The great thing about these is that there isn’t a need to remove shoe insoles to replace with a Plantar Fasciitis shoe insole.These go right where they’re needed for the heel support and offer the right amount of comfortable arch support.Their curved design makes them lay well in the shoe perfectly leaving room in the toe box area .Ahhhhhhhhh,what a relief!!!!
