Let's deal with this in two parts, the first part is their intended use and how good they are at achieving their claims. I think they are one of the best products on the market, I have recommended these to several people who suffer from dry eye as it is just a simple supplement with some good ingredients and over the course of a few weeks everybody has come back and been thankful for them.These do a very good job of and they have taken away that gritty feeling and really helped people lead some sort of normal life again.Now I'm not saying that there are some miracle ingredients in here, but the combination works well especially with people who have an issue with the tear film evaporating too quickly.My only issue with these is the fluctuating price, they are quite expensive for what they are but as they do the job so well and there is a noticeable and dramatic difference in quality of life due to a decrease in symptoms.

I have used this product for a few years now but the softgels in my recent packs seem to be slightly smaller or am I mistaken?

I have suffered from dry eyes since I was a teenager and I'm now 40 years old. I have tried so many products over the years including multiple eye drops and nothing ever seems to be effective for more than a few weeks. However these tablets are absolutely brilliant. They have made a huge difference and the discomfort has now largely gone. I don't even need to use the drops anymore which are only ever a temporary solution. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone suffering from dry or irritated eyes. Just give them a few weeks to kick in and make sure you take them morning and night.

I had my eyes lazered 10 years ago and now occasionally suffer with quite painful dry eye overnight where my eyelids stick to my lenses and then I'm in quite severe pain when I try and open my eyes. These tablets have helped somewhat, though they took a couple of weeks to kick in for me, and they don't banish the issue completely but I certainly notice the difference.

These have essentially cured my mental fatigue and helps a massive amount towards my eye dryness, reducing the needs of prescription eye drops. I got Sjögrens Syndrome so this supplement is essential for my wellbeing.

I'll admit to being cynical initially having tried numerous drops and eye masks I am very impressed at the difference these have made in 2 weeks. Normally I drive to work constantly wiping my eyes and have to peel the layer of salt away that has formed by the time I arrive but after a few weeks of using this supplement my condition has significantly improved (by more than 80%). I would encourage you to try these, even if (as in my case)your condition is long standing and other products have not shown significant improvement.

The product has made a difference to my dry eyes I also use drops, have done for years, but my vision is definitely better using both I will be buying again
