No complaints. Bought it a a good price.
This was terrible. The teapot was almost melting when I poured the boiling water in and the teacups are so small it’s like getting a thimbleful of tea....Joking, we bought this at a 50% discount for a kid’s birthday. While it was in transit, we had a bit of a worry about imposing gender stereotypes on kids then we copped ourselves on.When she opened it she played with it on the day and then moved on.It’s part of the toy box collection now but all of those items have personalities and talk so you try to figure kids out because I’ve given up.

Not really very useful as you can't use water with it
It's ok. Not really very useful as you can't use water with it. Looks pretty though

Little girls will love to play pretend tea parties- but some issues.
On the one hand, any little one who loves tea parties and Beauty and the Beast is going to squee with glee when they see it and be happy, that's the truth of the matter and if you want a gift that has this response, with the right child (pretend play+ princesses/Disney fans) you'll get it and it looks a good present too for the money, stylish and of decent size. However, as a parent now having to live with this teaser, I suspect whoever designed or signed this off for production doesn't have children or those that play tea parties as there are a few flaws in the design that make this not the best and so I'm glad I got this on a super offer for around £10 and paid no more.Issues-Only two cups? Bit of a let down, tea for two is a classic phrase yes, but if we're trying to encourage social skills in young children four cups may have been a better option, I even just for teddy/dolly/the dog.Only one tea cup and saucer has a positioning/stabilisation peg, this is fine if you have a older child who has good gross motor skills, but for littles who may not be able to balance it will be frustrating for them. Most children like to take the lids off make believe kitchen pieces, and the lids on the tea pot and the sugar bowl in particular I don't believe we're meant to be removed as they were very stiff and have 'bits' inside the body of the crockery holding the bowl/teapot together- yes I can understand Mrs Pott's eyes but not the sugar bowl!!Following on from the last point, despite repeated requests/rules and pleas not to, most children WILL want to put something in a play teapot, Happyland size figure, hair clips if you're lucky but lunch, water, glitter (mine- Christmas green to be exact) if you're not or for the masochists mummy's real tea snuck from her abandoned cup (cold naturally- and true story my cousins son did it) this set isn't meant to hold anything, it won't be able to cope. Please, you may want to superglue that lid down.Overall, glad I got it on offer, my daughters loved it, but 2 months on they tend to use Mrs Potts (filled up with the play kettle from sainsburys) and pours into a set of pink mugs as then big sister doesn't have to balance both cups on saucers (shame about that peg) to serve, plus she can serve 4 and it all matches.

Delightful, a bit of old world with fairy tale magic thrown in.
Bought this for my grandaughter for Christmas and she played for many hours with it. It is well made, really sturdy and robust. Goes really well with the Beauty and the Beast tea trolley. Mrs Potts is delightful when her eyes move. Reminds me of my childhood when toys opened up a world of imagination and role play, which you don't really see much of in this digital age.
