I've given this product 4stars merely because it has a great combination of vitamins in one tablet. I've been taking it for about a month now and did not see the results in my hair growth that I was looking for HOWEVER in reading through reviews again this morning I have realised that I was meant to take two a day 🙈 Which I have only been taking one. This is probably the reason I haven't seen the desired growth I was taking them for. Initially I was disappointed as I usually take many of the vitamins listed separately and see results immediately, I tried this one as it had the combo to avoid taking so many different capsules everyday. I now have hope that if I take them consistently and take two a day, I should see results. I have placed another order and will give a timely update at the end of next month once I've taken them for a month. If anyone has taken two a day for a month of more please leave review

I suffer badly with chipping and splitting nails so bought this item specifically for this problem I've only been using it for about 7 days but my nails do seem a little stronger I am hoping it will solve the problem but as things look at the moment it's on track for doing the job I want.

Fab! Have only been taking these tablets a couple of weeks but have already noticed a difference. My skin has a healthy glow and even my eyelashes seem to growing longer! Early days but excited.

I've been using these 10 days now and they are amazing, I couldn't never grow my nails before after having acrylics for so many year they just stopped growing and when they did they just snapped, after 10 days of using this product I have nails and really strong ones too.My hair also feels a lot better, I have really bad hair as I bleach it and now it feels a lot better and has grown loads, that much I've got big roots and need to dye it again :)Really recommend this product to anyone suffering wiv bad hair and nails xx

I did not really notice any difference in my nails or hair in the three weeks that I took the caplets. I was also meant to take two a day which I did not do always. But to be fair, maybe I needed to take them for a little while longer. I did not realise that there were only 30 caplets in the container. The caplets are a bit big, but considering the so many vitamins/products in it, I guess it had to be that size! The customer service is good and I received my product in good condition too. I felt it was quite pricey especially for only 30 caplets. I was offered a little discount if I purchased more but I did not do so.
