Tefal Maison Toaster, 1700 W, Chalkboard Black

Well constructed, good looking, does exactly the job it's supposed to. Had a Tefal toaster before that I was very satisfied with for many years and I see no reason why this one should be any different. Toasts evenly and takes fairly thick slices too. Arrived quickly and I have been using it every day since with immense satisfaction. Good value for the price and fingers crossed it will last as long as its predecessor.

Well it is a nice looking kettle. As other reviewers have said yes it is noisy. But its because of stainless steel. Plastic one are less noisy for sure, but full of BPA and other chemicals. Kettle looks very stylish and matches well with my Bosch black toaster. It gets very hot to touch unlike plastic ones. The other thing I noticed it switches off before it reheats the water, if water is already warm. Strange. So i had to pour it out and refill it again to make it work.

Not bad, looks nice, but could have been 15mm deeper as it doesn't quite do the top edge of a normal sliced loaf. The settings are great and give consistent results, and overall quality is very good.

The kettle looks great, is good quality construction, boils quickly and is not too noisy. The fill level indicateors on both sides is really healpful. All in all a very nice kettle for the pice.

I bought this october 2016 .. broke today. The kettle that this one replaced was £4 from Tesco and still works , had it for about 4 years before replacing and only did so because it has a plastic inner. BUT, bear in mind, trying to find a perfect kettle on amazon will drive you mad .. there's nothing with enough reviews a small enough 1 star bar ... welcome to the future where clearly no one can make a kettle anymore or the reviews are skewed by competitors .. what a drag.. it was an ok kettle while it lasted.

This was purchased as a replacement for my old kettle. It works well and there has not been any issues with water tasting funny, as mentioned in other reviews.The lid might be a bit of a drawback for some people but should not be an issue for most.Would recommend it as a 'buy'

The design of this kettle is really nice, but it has one big problem, and that is the noise it makes..My house gets woken up when I boil the kettle, and for this alone I would steer clear of this item...You have to hear it for yourself..., maybe there is something wrong with my one, but I would avoid...

Terrible toaster! Complete unreliable and not worth any money at all. I had an older model and it was great for 10 years. This looks to be the same design but this model couldn’t toast reliably at all.
