Can you put underfloor heating straight on top of this product?

can this be applied to a rendered block wall in garage basement with water ingress and can you paint over it?

you need to read the instrucs first to see if it can be applied to a damp surface. I beleive I used their primer first. Once applied its waterproof and could be painted. This is thick stuff, I put it on with a small roller and you still get a ripple surface, so if your looking for a perfect flat paint job the dont use this, it goes rock hard and is very good.

Can i put on tiles on roof before putting down bitumen

No don't, just put the bitumen down it is for this purpose the aqua seal isn't for that.

Can i use this product on egger chipboard floorboards before i put karndean planks down in my bathroom?
