How long are the tines/prongs on this fork? I need long prongs for aerating. Thank you.

Hi Julie. The tines are a smidge over 10.5 inches. I have aerated using this for, but to be honest, I found the times too long and thick. I have a smaller fork wit thinner tines about 8 inches which I prefer. This gets me down to between 4 and 6 inches depending on the sub-structure/builders rubble equation.Hope this helpsDave B
