At last a book that gives the basics of how to draw flowers.No expectation of drawing experience required, just drawing made easy for first time artists. However, there is also plenty for those of us who can draw. She teaches how to look at the shape of the subject, to break it down into basic parts, and then in easy steps to develop the drawing.I used her techniques to create a sunflower painting as a wedding gift.A great little book, perfect size to put in a bag on field trips. I thoroughly recommend this book.

Very useful - am looking for another similar one to further my studies. The drawings at the end were too complex for me and I need something inbetween..

A bit difficult to follow what is going on at times.

I have found this book and the others I have bought so far to be excellent and perfect for anyone interested in drawing and getting started in this media. Thank you. I will be purchasing more in the near future.

A beautiful little book for anyone getting into art.

Small, but perfectly formed. This is a very packed book. Easy to read and follow, ideal for beginners, and thouse perhaps slightly rusty in their technique. Highly recommend this.

My fault should have checked the size. it's too small for exercises at home, but not the kind of book you take to draw outside

Dsappointing as small size. Illustrations all in pencil so not particularly appealing.
