What UV lamp do you recoomend to use with this polish?

I use Makartt JD700 Professional 30000RPM... that I purchased on Amazon.

Mine don’t seem to dry all the way as they stay tacky, is my uv light too weak or do i have a bad thing of polish? recommend light?

Every layer is tacky until the top coat. It helps the next coat stick
