WISH I KNEW ABOUT THIS WAY BEFORE!
This product is absolutely amazing and is a holy grail for me now, here is my in-depth review of this.found this gem bought it after seeing majority good review but was thrown off by a few bad ones well let me tell you they probably are not using it correctly, this is something you should spend a bit of time researching before you actually attempt it. I watched a few youtube videos before attempting it which were very helpful. Also just a header there is a purple box that comes with hair clips and other tools too if you don't already have those if you do just buy the green box that's the only difference between the two.PROS:- The process for me was soo easy, in fact, I would say it's easier and less messy than when I bleached my hair.- The straightening hair with treatment in it I thought it would feel like there was a lot of product in it which it didn't only just slight residual product you can't even feel it that much if you correctly applied the right amount.- My hair was easier to detangle in the shower after the treatment- let one side of my hair air dry and it felt like I had just blow-dried it, one side I blow-dried roughly, no brush and I only need to slightly straighten out the wavy front bit of my hair which takes 2 seconds so this has actually cut my styling time in half I could probably style my hair in 5-10 mins whereas before it would take me a good 30 mins- I can just shower let my 2b hair air dry or quickly blow-dry and I'm good to go no more frizz and it's significantly straighter, going to be perfect for when I am on holiday.- my hair feels healthier and stronger.- we'll see the claim about it lasting 3-4 months I'll come back with an update.- the price is amazing, my mum had this done at the salon for £80 and that was discounted usually it's anywhere between £120-300 to achieve the SAME results as her by getting a £25 box with shampoo including. Doing it at home is a bargain and I will continue buying this product. and next time I will attempt this on my mum no need to spend £100+ even 2 boxes will cost you only 50 or so poundsCONS:- Takes about 3 hours from washing to straightening for my long thick hair.- 3-day wait, until you could wash hair, it didn't bother me though you could probably just do it over the weekend.- Can make eyes water buts not that bad as some people are saying, just ventilate the room and turn on a fan- The people complaining about fumes are either exaggerating or applying an excess of the keratin it literally says on the pack to not do that and for my hair it took the whole tub thats because I have long (just below my breasts) thick hair, but people with shorter finer hair may end up only using half a tub. yes the fumes are there but that's the same at the salon too it's the same with the majority of keratin complex treatments, it just makes your eyes water and sting ever so slightly, nothing that would prevent me from purchasing this again.INSTRUCTIONS:1: wash the hair 2-3 times with the shampoo they provide, it's a clarifying one which is supposed to remove all residue so the only thing on your hair is going to be the keratin treatment, DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE.2: blow-dry the hair just gently brushing with your hands, not a brush on medium heat, if that's not available then just use high heat.3: part your hair into small (very important that they are small) sections, starting from the back of your head.4: brush your hair at least 5 times on each section before applying the keratin complex DO NOT USE TOO MUCH, only enough to coat each strand of hair as this will cause more of those nasty fumes people complain about.5:Being careful not to put the treatment directly on the scalp, use your fingers on the very small section of hair then just run your index and middle finger (kind of like scissors) up and down the hair, If you have put too much on the hair then just grab another untreated section and just 'marry' it together which means essentially brushing them together and applying more if need be. use a fine-tooth rat-tailed comb for this bit so you can brush out the excess.6: leave it in for 40 mins and cover it in either cling film or a plastic bag.7: DO NOT WASH OUT THE TREATMENT.8: blow dry it just use your fingers as a brush, there will be some fumes do this in a well-ventilated room with a fan if the fumes become too much9: put hair in very small sections and straighten that section between 7-10 times10: wait 3 days +and in those 3 days do not tie up your hair, put it behind your ears or style it any other way other than straightening before washing hair with a sulphate and sodium chloride(salt) free shampoo and conditioner, very important you don't go in the ocean too often or wash hair with a shampoo that has salt in it because salt breaks down the keratin which will undo the results faster.11: Wait at least 2 weeks before colouring hair.

Best
I’ve been using this hair straightening product consistently for over four years, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever tried. From the very first use, I noticed how smooth and manageable my hair became. Unlike other straightening products that leave hair feeling dry, stiff, or weighed down, this one keeps my hair looking sleek while still feeling soft and natural. My hair stays straight all day, even in humid weather, and I rarely need touch-ups. After four years of consistent results, I can confidently say this product is reliable, effective, and absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t switch to anything else — it has truly become a staple in my hair care routine. Highly recommended!

Brilliant product
I have natural thick curly hair, used to get my Keratin straightened hair at a salon. This works yes it takes time but well worth it. Not only is my hair straight, it's taken the weight out and drys quicker and feels soft and lovely. You do have to buy the correct shampoo otherwise your wasting your time.I would recommend and this is the second purchase.

Great product.
This is a great product if you want to save a fortune on going to a salon to get similar results. I don't find this lasts as long as 3 months as they state, though - more like 6-8 weeks, I would say. Still, the results are worth the effort!

Best and easy to use keratin at home!
I have been doing keratin at the salon that costs lots money. I got recommended by a friend and need a top up. Absolutely love it and was easy to use. Followed the instructions and was able to achieve good results. Will recommend to anyone!

Intense product with crazy smell
Wow the smell of this product was insanely strong; made my eyes itch like crazy and throat dry. Even with a mask on there was no avoiding the intensity. Also gave me outbreak of spots all over forehead and neck. Hair slightly smoother but who knows what it’s done to my insides after breathing in the chemicals! Will look for a less life-threatening product. No idea what’s really in this product.

Honest Review!
Oh my god, what a load of rubbish! I bought the full kit a top up kit and the shampoo and conditioner and spent about £68 in total. And before I go any further I just want to say I have long thick and wavy hair that's not overly processed. Here are the facts, and before you say anything, yes I did use it properly (my next door neighbour is a hairdresser and helped me apply it.)Cons:*The process is very long (esp if you have long and thick hair like mine.*The solution is hard to spread on the hair and seems to just be sucked up quickly. (long and thick hair needs at least one kit and one top up box at about £52 for the two)*When combing the hair with the solution on it pulls out quite a lot of your hair (if it's long like mine at least).*There will also be a lot of white flakes (probably just dried up solution) and leaves them in your hair and on the comb.*The solution WILL sting your eyes and make them water.*The hair is hard to dry with the solution on (takes ages) and very difficult to comb through (you girlies with long hair you will deffo lose quite a bit of hair here).*When straightening after blow drying I lost even more hair (The hair is very kind of rough with the keratin on and the comb with the pack just snags and pulls it)*I did exactly as the box instructed and my hair was perfectly straight after I had finished.*I re-straightened any wavy bits I saw whenever I woke up and kept it perfectly straight for 4 days (apparently only needs 3) just to be on the safe side.*I literally just washed it out and blow dried it and everything is exactly the same as before, except I have less hair and am about £68 poorer.I also used the Keratin kits shampoo and conditioner (purchased purely because I bought the kits) and whilst the shampoo isn't awful (nowhere near as good as the Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner I usually use) the conditioner isn't moisturizing enough and left my hair a mega tangly mess. Also the shampoo contains salt. Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is the salt of lauroyl sarcosine (produced by the breakdown of creatine or caffeine), a modified fatty acid. It is often seen in shampoos, bath, cleansing and shaving products as a foaming agent, surfactant, and hair conditioning agent, according to CosmeticsInfo.org and Wikipedia.Pros:*Hair didn't feel as awful as I was expecting after straightened, and was relatively normal looking (bit stiffer).*Didn't stink as much as people made out.*Not as much smoke as I was expecting. In conclusion, it is definitely not worth spending a bunch of money like I did. The treatment is a huge disappointment and expensive for such poor results. My advise......go to the salon instead! The product does not do the job it's described to do and I really wish I could get a refund.

Frizz life saver
I have been using this product for about 6 years and it is perfect for my overly frizzy hair. It takes a bit of time to get the application right but when you do, the wait is worth it. My shoulder length hair would ordinarily take 45 mins to dry and smooth but once I have this on, it can be a quick blast with the dryer and the straighteners and I'm done in 20 minutes. Also keeps it frizz free and smooth til the next wash- Frizzy hair girls will feel my pain for the constant smoothness battle. You will loose any curl you have to more of a relaxed curl or wave, but if that doesn't bother you, go for it!Condition will effect your results. When my hair is healthy I get such great results that I don't even use my GHDs. At the moment my hair is a bit overly processed (joys of being a hairdresser and being bored of a look every 5 mins, lol) so it's not just a case of wash and go but saying that, since I last applied it, my hair condition has improved significantly due to the keratin. It's definitely something I love and will continue to buy.
