Was sceptical about trying this product my friend applied the lotion and did the magic Would buy again. Pics speak for themselves.

Good results ...... need to be brave !
I must admit it does the job it says it will. I’m impressed with the results, very impressed. However I found the process long and stressful. This claims to be formaldehyde free, but I’m a nurse and the smell of formaldehyde is very distinctive. The product itself does not have ‘formaldehyde’ but when heated the chemical reaction causes formaldehyde. My room at one point was full of steam and stank like the morgue. As a first timer to the process I found it alarming. After a quick read online this is normal and clients are often removed from view in salons because it looks so bad with all the steam and fumes. I get why ! It took me about 3 hrs to dry my hair and I thought it would never dry, through the mist of formaldehyde in my bedroom I then straightened my hair as directed and ended up looking like a dodgy jesus. I think I was hallucinating at this point .... couldn’t wait to wash it off .... bonus of this is you can, some brands require the ‘Dodgy jesus look’ for 3 days before you can wash the mortuary’s juice from your locks. Thankfully once your over the drying, frying stage you get to wash your hair again .... I was in tears at this point ..... thank the Lord .... when I dried my hair it has never felt so soft or healthy. It’s turned it brassy, the pre wash is the same as a colour stripper and I can’t dye it for 2 weeks, but I don’t care.... it takes half the time to style and it’s in better condition than its ever been. I also survived the ordeal. Things we do ! Next time I’m doing it outside, there is no way those fumes are good. However, I will do it again .... the results are too good not to.

Great discovery!
This product is simply amazing. I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I thought it could be helpful. I have a very curly, frizzy, think hair. My friend recommended this product and I decided to give it a try. Well, my hair feels much softer, it is very shiny and it take me half of the time to straight my hair now after washing it. I would strongly recommend it if you need to get your curly hair more manageable and soft.

Pleasantly surprised!
I used Keratin straightening before but different make (I think it was Alfaparf) so I used this one to 'refresh' it. It works very well on my hair, smells much better than expected (those products usually have unpleasant smell and give aggressive fumes during flat ironing part). Also, I think it does not require as high temperate - I used 220C on medium thick hair but by the look of it 210C or maybe even 200C would work.Instructions say to use flat iron hair until all residue is gone - if this is NOT your first application of similar products, there is no need for it, 10-12 times is enough.1 box should be enough for 2 application for shoulder long hair for normal hair. If you just do refresh, it may be more.As with all such products, this one also changes hair colour so make sure you do not dye your hair before this treatment. I waited 3 days after application to give them a bit of rest. 6 weeks later, they still straight and non-frizzy

Worst hair product ever used!
Terrible result!! I spent 3 hours doing my daughters long gorgeous hair and the finish result is absolutely awful. Her hair has been left with an awful film all over it, it’s not at all glossy or shiney as it use to be naturally but now is tangled, smelly and dull, it has no life, or softness left to it.Under no circumstances buy this product!!I will be asking for a refund and if the condition of her hair does not improve compensation!

I haven’t needed my straighteners since
After reading the reviews I thought I’d give this a go. I usually go to Japanese salons to get my hair straightened and would always cost me at least £150 a time but it would last longer than 3-6 months usually goes back to a frizz ball once I cut or trimmed my hair. I’m going away next month and really don’t want to bring any hair straighteners or keep having my hair tied back. I do get a lot of head sweats so in the hot weather my hair is frizzy by the time I get into work in the morning. I received the product on Wednesday and couldn’t wait for the weekend to see how it is so ended up using the product that very evening. So far I haven’t had to get my straighteners every morning and my hair is no longer frizzy, although I’ve yet to wash my hair that will be the moment of truth for me, otherwise I’m already happy with the result.

Dream come true
If your like me and your hair looks like Kate Bush the minute it so much as smells humidity then this is the answer to your dreams. A bit of a long process drying the hair with the chemical on bit we'll worth the effort. Did my hair 6 weeks ago now 2 hair colours in and it's still amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing results, hair condition has actually improved
I've had a Brazilian blow dry before that cost £90 and left my hair in awful condition so I was a bit worried about trying this.It does take a VERY long time and I'd definitely get someone to help (I did it in my own) I wasn't expecting such amazing results to be honest, it's not completely straight but there may be parts that I missed, but it has worked really well and my hair feels amazing, just a warning, don't colour your hair beforehand, as it managed to lift my very dark brown hair quite a few shades (which is a bonus as I'm dying it red, so the result will be brighter)

1- Wash your hair using the Pre-Treatment Shampoo.\n\n2- Separate your hair into two sections and apply Brazilian Straightening with the brush, then use your hands to distribute the product from root to tip.\n\n3- Leave the product for 15 minutes. Remove excess using a comb.\n\n4- Dry your hair using a brush and a hair dryer until completely dry. This step will guarantee the best result, DO NOT SKIP IT!\n\n5- Iron your hair by taking fine locks, and use a flat iron styler from 5 to 12 times at a temperature of 200 to 215ºC (410 to 439 ºF) or until no residue is left on the hair. DO NOT ABUSE THIS STEP if your hair is very thin or damaged.\n\n6- Wait for 5 minutes until your hair cools down, then wash your hair again with the Shampoo 3, and afterwards apply the Conditioner. Leave for 5 minutes and rinse completely with water.\n\nNow just dry your hair and you're good to go!\n\n
