I got this for a spare, this is due to the one my docs got me had a little problem whilst on holiday (luckily in the UK) with the one the docs gave me (a prefilled pen was issued). So I decided when I got home to order a spare one, it turned up when they said it would, the pen is exactly what I wanted. No issues all round, so if needed I would order again from this company

Blocked pens
Thé nsulin pens kwik from Lilly are badly manufactured. They get blocked a lot and the needles sometimes also. They don’t seem to care!

Poor mechanism.
I have used CI have used two Savvio HumaPen for the last 6 months and found the plunger mechanism to be heavy, unresponsive and eventualy culminating in complete failure. Maybe just a one- off or in my case two-off. The issue of a replacement pen from my local health clinic may provide an answer.
