Reliance Ortho Divan bed doubel 4ft 6 with mattress and headboard and 2 drawers - Double (4'6)

Son moved out we bought this he loves it nice and comfy and a great look for the money very surprised

Shocking, I didn't have time to send it back as I had guests coming so it was an emergency bed, the runners on one off the drawers was broken and I had to fix it the headboard wouldn't even attach but for a cheap bed bed I suppose you get what you pay for :(

Very good for the money seems nice and sturdy comfortable mattress and I do like my luxury highly recommended 10 out of 10 thank you once again

Easy enough to put together. I found 4 chrome feet in a drawer and realised it needs 8 chrome feet. I have put 4 feet at each corner of bed but none in the middle which makes the bed have no height in middle. I need 4 chrome feet for the bed to be fully built in order for drawers to be easily opened. Not sure if I can buy extra feet for this bed or not. However I did contact seller and have been told that the missing parts will be sent asap. Hopefully they will arrive shortly.

First of all, let me start this by saying how much of a nightmare this has been from start to finish. Right off the bat, everything seemed great. Good looking bed, good price. My mum dismantled my old bed expecting it to be delivered last week, only for us to be told it won't be arriving due to it being damaged during transit. Fine, understandable, better waiting than receiving a piss poor bed; it would come next week, and I would sleep on the spare mattress on the floor until then. Aaaand then it arrives. I could tell before even opening the package that this bed is not the one in the picture. The base looks the same, but the seller must be colour blind if they think that a plain brown headboard is the same as the detailed black one shown in the picture (who even puts a brown headboard with a black base?). Once we take it out the packaging, we can see how badly put together it is - staples EVERYWHERE, threads of fabric hanging off the base, and even a bit of the fabric on the actual bed chipped to reveal the white underneath it. Not only that, but the clips to hold the two parts of the base together are plastic — they kept falling off during building and in the long run we're going to replace them with you know, a durable material such as metal. The only good thing about this bed is the mattress. And the man who delivered it. Everything else? Not worth your money. So don't bother.

The bed base is fine but the mattress is so uncomfortable, I am sure we did not get the mattress that sounded so perfect. Now got to invest in a mattress topper. Not as expected,

For the money, it’s absolutely amazing, I have been sleeping on my sofa for a few months trying to save money for a good bed, until I couldn’t bare sleeping there anymore, to my surprise this bed is seriously comfortable! The little beaded bits on the mattress can be uncomfortable if you put most of your weight there but you cannot feel them if you lay properly. The draws are a brilliant feature too which again, I wouldn’t have expected from the price. All in all, very good would recommend

I'm very disappointed as bed base came with broken drawers the quality isn't that great to be honest and if it wasn't the fact that my two kids needed beds asap I would of returned them both hubby fixed the drawers. And the mattress is not like the one on the picture but a cheaper version absolutely disgusting when nothing is ever the same as the picture
