I bought this item for my mum as she has always wanted one since she was young,Have looked around for a long time trying to find one that was good quality and not too childish looking,This for me ticked all the boxes its beautifully made and decorated,Takes a good few hours too build though and you need to be patient with it as it's made out of MDF,Also is quite weighty and big so not something you can move around easily,The main thing is my mum is thrilled with it and buying furniture and bits as we speak too fill it,

This dolls house is beautiful very easy to assemble ,very sturdy and ready to start furnishing , I am a crafter and dollshouse enthusiasts and though this is more for kids than adult's I bought it for myself as I loved its shape and could not resist the price and though I plan to redecorate both inside and out in the mean time it can sit looking pretty while I decide what changes i wish to make

Dolls house is very good value for money especially as we got super saver delivery and 40% off the rrp. My step daughter couldn't be happier with it. Decoration is lovely perfect for a toy, maybe not so great for a collector but this IS a toy. Both girls have been addicted to playing with it (even the Tom boy).Excellent purchase.Easy self assembly if a little time consuming, only possible improvement would have to be labeling of components for faster assembly, with small amount of trial and error the house was finished in under three hours.Would def recommend to others.

Daughters, ages 4 and almost 2, love this dolls house. It's very heavy so not easy to move around so choose your space for it. Took a while to assemble on Christmas Eve (I love assembling flat pack), wasn't difficult, instructions were pretty clear but could have done with each piece being numbered or similar. Once it was assembled, I moved it to the space I wanted it in for the impending stampede the following morning but unfortunately, the roof bit I had hold of came off in my hand so the screws clearly hadn't fixed properly. Missed having some wood glue which would have been useful. Will have to find a tack and some glue to ensure it stays in place in future. Only real problem I have with it is due to it being so heavy, it's not easy to move around so it would benefit from being the type of house that opens up from the front with a fixed back. We now have homed it in an alcove in the lounge so the 'front' of the house is against the wall and therefore unseen which is a shame. The rooms are also a bit tight of space with the proper furniture in there. Not minimalist ...

My husband put it together and he builds furniture for a living. After lots of complaining about the instructions he assembled it, but if you havnt got the right tools it is pretty difficult, it took him roughly 2 hours, so if it is a present make sure you start early with the assembly.It is a lovely house and i was pleased with the final result.Only thing was that the front door was cracked, but luckily we managed to repair it with special glue and paint.

Well, not amazed by the overall quality nor the value for money.It is fairly easy to use, you just follow the instructions...that's until you get to the finishing details.The plastic screw covers are NOT matching the colours and they are simply useless, too small to hide anything. The covers for the holes in the flooring seemed to be stickers until I had to use them and realised they were just pieces of paper so ended up in the bin.Besides all this the house comes absolutely empty, I ended up buying this over a cheaper fully furnished house because I ignored the small details and trusted the pictures.I would love to return it but my husband has binned all the packaging. He mentioned he will gladly burn it and send the seller evidence.

This house once assembled is very sturdy and looks lovely apart from several slightly damaged parts (too many photos too include). I have been too busy to complain but some of the damaged but were not visible once assembled. I did actually have to paint part of one roof tiles myself as it must have been missed in quality control.The front door opens but all play goes on at the back so this house really needs to be set away from the wall so you can see the nice facade and get access behind for playing- therefore not suitable for a small bedroom/playroom.3 stars is possibly generous but I love the strength of the house, the detail and period style.

It was really well packaged with individual packs inside one large box, which made putting it together (initially) feel really daunting. However, a couple of hours later and it was all together, with no head-scratching or swearing!!! The quality is incredible, especially given the competitive price, and the detail unsurpassed. Toy for my daughter's tenth birthday in first instance, but actually foresee this being a bit of an heirloom. In short, it's gorgeous.

Questa casa è molto molto bella .. sono contenta dell acquisto ! È molto resistente .. una buona qualità di legno adatta anche al collezionismo degli adulti come sto facendo io si presta ad essere modificata .. scala 1:12 casa delle bambole quindi si possono aggiungere a piacerebbe tutte le forniture adeguate ... il montaggio è facile ci sono molte viti da avvitare per L assemblare i pannelli delle pareti e dei pavimenti ! Completamente soddisfatta consiglio L acquisto .. unico neo e dispiacere la zona dove montare le porte non esproprio a misura perfetta quindi bisogna un po’ inventarsi come rifinire i bordi ..Bellissima casa

I am very pleased with this beautiful Victorian doll house. The detail is excellent , it is very well made and I am sure that it will be my daughter's favorite toy for years to come. Beyond impressed and very happy with this purchase. I had high expectations and it truly exceeded them .

La casa llegó en la fecha indicada y en una caja enorme!!! El material es de madera con tablones gruesos y resistentes (eso sí, pesa mucho cuando ya está montada). Está pintada por fuera y el interior revestido con papel para suelos y paredes. El estampado del papel es precioso. El montaje requiere unas horas y aunque no es difícil de montar porque va con tornillos, sí es entretenido y lo tuvimos que montar entre dos. Una vez montada es grande y muy, muy bonita. En principio es una casa de muñecas de adulto pero los niños pueden jugar con ella ya que es robusta y resistente. Por ponerle un pero, me hubiese gustado que se pudiera cerrar porque al quedar abierta el interior coge polvo, sobre todo el mobiliario (yo lo compré aparte porque viene sin muebles). La recomendamos

Lleva su tiempo armarla, es bastante pesada, pero es fuerte, una vez armada queda muy firme y todo queda muy bien ajustado. Ya tengo 8 años con ella, y a pesar de que se limpia, no ha perdido el color ningún tapiz, se mantienen como nuevos, son de buena calidad, en general es de muy buena calidad ésta casa, es preciosa!!Les comparto fotos recientes de mi casa ya decorada, y veran que mantiene los colores igual.
