Q: What material is this? Is it 100%?

Tag on dress says 95% rayon 5% spandex

Q: is the fabric different for different prints? In the pictures, it appears that the flower prints are more polyester and the solids are maybe rayon?

Yes it’s not the right fabric for the flower print. It feels cheap and more like furniture or blanket fabric. If I had known I would’ve not wasted that much money on this dress. Sorry. I probably won’t wear it.

Q: I want to order it for my girlfriend but i dont know the size she is 5'5" and and 149 pounds I think, what size would you recommend?

I would reccomend a L so that she will have a comfortable loose feel in it and she's can comfortably use the pockets. It's a wonderful dress.

This dress seems to run true to size . It does not have the skin tight material , the material has some stretch to it . So I would say if you normal wear a small than this would work . If your on the border of small and medium , get the medium .
