Women Longer Length Plush Lined Quilted Winter Puffer Coat Zip-Off Fur Trim Hood

This coat is perfect! It's super warm but not too warm. Not too thick and heavy so I end up looking like the Michelin Man. :) I don't know how they got toasty warm without thickness, but I don't care. I could go out in the really cold temps of winter - even when it was near zero - with just a long-sleeved shirt underneath, and be utterly comfortable. It's really cute, too, which was a surprise. My daughter kept commenting: Mom, that's so cute on you! Hey, I'll take it at my age! (and extra weight!)Two minor things to mention, but the coat is so what I was seeking that they aren't worth not buying this coat: One, the hood is pretty big. Without a hat on to take up some of the space, it would fall down to my eyes. Then again, with the bottom pulled up to my nose and that, sure could keep even my face warm! If I wasn't trying to not stumble around! But it's also nice that it easily fits a cozy hat, the the hood pulled around it so that may actually be a benefit. Two, the zipper is a little hard to get started. Zips perfectly after you get it engaged, though. It's just you have to pull it to the right more to get it into the other side.

I just received this coat and just in time. It's cold and windy with wind chills in the teens. I bought this coat large enough to wear over a sweater for added warmth. I also didn't want a coat that is designed to extreme below 0 degree temperatures. We get those temperatures, here in Ohio, but not so often that I want to wear a coat that will become an oven most of the time. This coat is almost perfect. Love the cuffs to keep out the cold. The snap flap over the zipper is great. It can zip up beyond my mouth for wind protection. The longer length was something I was looking for. I've had shorter jackets and I want more cold and wind protection. For the coat being a little big, I look great in it. Ha! Really, the coat looks really nice! Now, the one and only thing that makes this less than perfect is the hood. This hood is not flimsy. That's great! It zippers off and even has a flap to cover the zipper for the cold. Great! It has ties, so it won't blow off. That was something I was looking for. Great! However, the hood does fall so far forward, when I tie it, that it covers my eyes. Oh well, I will live with it because I really do love this coat. I actually wanted to buy the white, but bought the blue because I thought it wouldn't show any dirt or wear so easily as white. Navy is one of my best colors; but someday, I will buy the white coat, too. I recommend this coat.Update--It is January and we are going through a really cold spell with wind chills -20 to -30. This coat is warm. And I discovered that, if I wear a good stocking hat under the hood, the hood fits perfectly. Couldn't be better. Once again, I recommend this coat.

I will post an update after I have had some winter weather to deal with, however I really like this coat. It looks great and looks more pricey in then what it is. The hood is oversized (and seems a bit heavy) but very cozy and warm. As far as size, reading the reviews I went a size up, however, I returned for my regular size. I am usually a 18/20 but was not sure of the fit. I ended up with the 2x and fits with room for sweaters and I don't feel like a big bag.. lol.. can't wait to see how it holds up to our winter.

I purchased the 2X sized Sportoli women's puffer in champagne based on my measurements 47-38-45. The coat arrived quickly and in good condition. While it did fit very well in the shoulders, the rest of the cut was far to large for my figure; even with a sweater and shirt underneath. I returned it for a standard Large and it fits nicely and I can see the tailoring in the waist which is one of the reasons I bought this style. The Large also fits with a sweater underneath. The coat is very well made and has the features I was looking for in a winter coat. 1. hidden ribbed cuffs at the wrists. 2. Length to cover my behind. 3. Covered zipper to block the cold from coming in. 4. split at the bottom to accommodate walking and sitting. (the zipper starts about 6-8 inches above the bottom hem.) The hood is overly generous, which some reviewers didn't like, but I think it's fun and a bit decadent. It's very warm. Field tested this coat a few weeks ago by spending several hours outside on a sunny but very windy day with temps in the mid 30s Fahrenheit and my core remained toasty warm. Also, I really love the look. I feel like I'm ready for an excursion on Hoth.

This jacket fits great, is super warm and I love the midnight blue color! I would have liked one of the paler shades more, but they were out of the XL size in it (and their sizes seem limited for other colours, but winter is just starting and I guess they're in demand).So I tested it out in windy zero degree (celsius) weather this week, and it held up pretty well. I wish it could have been slightly longer, maybe knee length, but it's mid-thigh, and I was worried I'd feel the wind whoosh up into... places. BUT I DIDN'T. Pair it up with fleece-lined leggings and you should be good.It is particularly warm around the neck area, which I'm always grateful for. Also bonus, the pockets are lovely, soft and fleece-lined and so I haven't had to wear gloves for this at all.Overall, a real steal for under $70 and an online purchase. A big thumbs-up from me.

I absolutely love this coat. It fits perfectly. And to top it off, it still makes me look shapely. I usually order a large in winter coats, but I followed the sizing chart and purchased the medium, and it is the perfect size. I do not wear bulky sweaters under my coats, if I did, it might have to go with the large. But a regular jersey sweater, will work. I wore this coat in - 15 degrees in Canada and I was fine.
