Fixies or fixed gear bikes are great urban bikes that are extremely popular with biking aficionados who feel they give a pure, enjoyable and exciting cycling experience. With no freewheel, your legs control the pace โ thereโs no coasting โ to brake, you use your legs to slow the pedals. The stripped down, minimalist design reduces weight and increases your connection to the road โ itโs like nothing else on two wheels. Often, fixies come without brakes, but to ensure safety and compliance with the laws of the land, Royal London have attached brakes at both the front and rear wheels. Thereโs also a flip-flop rear hub โ this allows you to ride it as a pure fixed gear bike, or convert to a single speed. Features Study 22" steel frame Flip-flop rear hub: ride on fixed gear or single-speed 16T Rear hub 700c steel fork Steel handlebar 700c rims Wanda 700c x 25c Tires Front and Rear V breaks Height adjustable seat Plastic pedalsWeight: 14 kgs Review: You get what you pay for. - Didn't expect much for the piece but did expect the wheels to at least fit without me having to adjust the front fork. The rear tire developed a puncture within 24 hours without the bike actually having been ridden. But with a couple of new tires and inner tubes it'll do what I want of it. Review: One Star - The worst bike ever, save ur money, dont buy it u will regret

Good bike but not great for engine conversion kit
Worked with a 4 stroke conversion kit however the rear wheel couldn't handle the power, but the bike works well without the engine. I doubt that this bike was designed for an engine to go on it, but i did get over 1000+ miles on it before it failed so it was worth it for the price.

Single Minded Bike.
Excellent value. A very good looking bike Unusual but easy to ride, single speed with freewheel and fixed wheel rear hub and racing look wheels and tyres.

Lovely bike ... very poor parts used internally would easily be a 5 star purchase otherwise
Overall a nice bike . Comfortable and easy to ride .... bad points ... after a couple of months of daily riding the bearings in the crank have collapsed as has the flipflop gear and the pedals grind awfully .... the brake pads wear out instantly while priding very little in regards to braking .

The good: It was very cheap and easy to assemble ...
The good: It was very cheap and easy to assemble The bad: It is made of all the cheapest nastiest components that are available. It weighs a ton The bearings in the bottom bracket and the hubs are just awful and it feels like cycling through treacle The paintwork had a paintwork okay sticker, sadly the paint hadn't reached any of the tucked away places and they are starting to rust after a very short time, better than the pedal stems that were starting to rust when it arrived. The straight fork design seems to transmit very bump along the way I wanted to leave a 1 star rating but felt that was unfair given the price and ease of assembly.
