The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using Nikura and their essential oils range, and so far, it's been great. I have years of experience using pure oregano essential oils from other brands, and Nikura's oregano oil seems to be of excellent quality. I ordered the 10ml sized bottle, which is more than enough and will last for ages.The oil comes in a dark glass bottle to prevent oxidation, which is great. It has a strong, potent aroma, which is to be expected with any essential oil, especially oregano. The bottle dropper cap allows good control over the oil, which is great as a little goes a long way with oregano oil.I prefer to dilute this oil with a carrier oil before applying it to my skin, as undiluted oregano oil has caused me minor burns in the past when applied neat, especially on the scalp. My preferred carrier oils are coconut oil, castor oil, and extra virgin olive oil as they are gentle and complement the qualities of the oregano oil. I use 2-3 drops of oregano oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, but you can always experiment with your own ratio.Aside from that one unpleasant accident, my experience with oregano oil and this brand in particular has been fantastic! Its strong antibacterial and antifungal properties make it useful for addressing various issues such as spots, acne, cuts, sickness, infections, hair loss, and fungal nail infections. I've personally found success using oregano oil for these purposes multiple times.I also like to use it at the first sign of a cold or flu. I apply a few drops into a bowl of boiling water and inhale the vapours like you would do with Vick's Vapor Rub or Olbas Oil. It helps clear my chest and allows the antibacterial properties of the oregano to get directly where they are needed.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and the Nikura brand so far. It's excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this oregano oil again and will definitely be trying out more products from their essential oil range.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I bought this to treat a toenail fungus- too early for me to review properly

I like it and I’m still using it. It’s strong stuff so you don’t use it willy nilly. It’s not like sprinkling lavender oil on your pillow for a good sleep, it’s more powerful that that. But when we do use it purposefully, it’s working as I would want it to. I am no professional or expert, but from my own experience, it appears to be good stuff.

Be careful not to get on personal areas or you'll be sitting in the bath with your trousers round your ankles spraying with cold shower trying not to scream?

Has many health benefits, helps athletes foot , nail infections , and exzema, can also be consumed in very small amounts synonymous with apple cider vinegar for cleaning the intestine. If using topically it can burn skin , so do a small patch test initially. The aroma is strong and pungent that lasts all-day, everyday.

Place 4/5 drops in a cup add 10mm of boiling water and breath in the vapour until water goes tepid about 10 mins. Breathe slow and deep, It clears your airways. But it does sting the first time. It kills bacteria and viruses. Do this three days and, no more colds and sniffles!
