Pole Exercise DVD 2 - Pole Dancing Advanced Moves, Routines and Stretching

I didnt't feel like the DVD had much content, but the content it did have was superb! It was mainly just very advanced moves and lovely poses. Yet again the instructors felt like a personal teacher, good tips and step by step tips to help you gain the moves. I would recommend buying volume 1 first to be able to pick up all the moves because you cant get much out of this dvd unless you know how to pole dance. But its a great second DVD with very attractive poses and moves that look amazing to watch and are great to add in a routine for a wow factor.

I bought this to use at home obviously and it was pretty good with the way they made this dvd, the clips for each move to learn was explained well enough. However, have not really had much time to use this dvd since it was bought.

It is quite advanced, much more advanced than I'm able to attempt, but the girl's performance routines are absolutely beautiful.

challenging moves and great explanation!

This product has great spins and poses, however it doesn't have as much content as the first DVD and many of the moves in DVD 1 are repreated. There is some lovely poses, and the routines are really good to look at. The content is all very good and clear to learn, however I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it with the first DVD.
