Does this cream realy do what it says on the jar for real

.I have been using Olay products for 30-years and this particular item since it was launched. I find that it really seems to suit my skin and that because of that (and a good hairstyle!) I definitely look a good 10-12-years younger than my same age girl friends, some of whom use mega-priced products. I would be afraid to stop to try anything else!!.

Please where is the date of manufacture, thank you?????
