Co. Wood Strip Economy Bag, Balsa & Basswood

These were perfect for the project we're trying to do. All the strips are a little under 9" long, which is exactly the length we need them to be. It was a good variety of thicknesses, mostly 1/8" or 1/4" deep and anywhere from 1/8"-3/4" wide. Ordering more right now!

I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised to find angood selection of thicknesses and widths in this kit. Does not appear to be a pile of leftover trimmings. A nice sharp plant pruner works well to cut the balsa.

I ordered this product for a school project where i had to build a prototype for an engineering class. This bag contains 11 inch lengths of wood ranging from squares to flat pieces. It is strong wood and would recommend it if you are looking for a small set of balsa wood for a project of anything else.

Kind of hard to mistake what this product is, but it can be difficult to judge the size. From looking at the picture I estimated the stick sizes to be about the size of wooden chop sticks. However once the pack arrived they were probably twice that size and too big for what my son needed. The discription states that the contents vary in size and shape so you are sort of on your own to judge if the pack is what you need. In this case going to a local art store would have been better. Other than that, I find no serious fault with the product.

Works great for my dollhouse windowsills and base boards. Used a small section to replace a broken leg on a piece of dollhouse furniture. It works great. Many uses.

LIKED THE SELECTION AND THE LENGTH OF STRIPS. WOULD HAVE LIKED SELCETION BETTER IF SOME OF THE STRIPS WERE WIDER IN BOTH THE BASSWOOD AND BALSAWOOD.

Let me First say.... the product quality is very good and fairly priced. The problem i experienced was that the online product pictured (and description) did not = what was delivered. All lettering, pictures, and descriptions on the package i received matched the same package of the product I had bought in a Joann's Fabric store 2 months earlier....but the contents inside were of different size, and unusable for my project. Hoping i am able to navigate throught this to get what i need.... Really like their craft wood product quality !

Perfect for model building

La descripción del producto en la presentación es insuficiente. No describe el detalle de la madera que contiene que, no es precisamente de las características que preciso.

Love this & would highly recommand. I was really happy with the quality and usefulness of this product. Item arrived and appears exactly as pictured. For 15$ is ok. It's come in 3 sizes

Used this and matchsticks to build a loading dock on my HO train layout. Lots still left over. Much cheaper than wooden kits.
