Wish I'd bought these years ago, transformative
I always knew I overpronated as the insides of my shoe soles would wear down first but I didn't see it as a massive problem and looking at insoles I was put off by spending around £20 on something I didn't think I needed.Recently I've started experience knee pain, and bad pain on the balls of my feet with some skin splitting. I was about to head to the doctors for help and also spend money on seeing a podiatrist, before I did, I thought, why not try orthotic insoles? The change is incredible, just a few days in, no more pain and my feet are heeling up. Also 1. I always thought i was just clumsy and never felt perfectly steady on my feet (never mastered the art of wearing heels and always joke that 'if i think about walking too hard I fall over'), with the insoles I suddenly feel very sturdy and balanced and my length of stride has even improved and 2. my posture has drastically improved, I believed I was just a natural slumper and needed to put more effort into standing up straight and walking tall. Turns out, it wasn't will power I was lacking but correct alignment. Now I'm naturally standing/walking with good posture and it would take effort to slump rather than vice versa. They insoles themselves take a little bit of getting used to so build up the time you spend walking with them but, if, like me, you have even the slightest concern about your posture / pronation, do not hesitate. it will likely be the best investment you can make for healthy feet and joints.

Really supportive & comfy
I find these great insoles - they really change the way i walk which i need! They were painful the first day as i got used to them & had to cut them down to size but since then have been great - will buy another pair so i dont have to constantly move them between shoes

Very good product, size too large.
I had custom-made soles made by a podiatrist but needed a new pair urgently. Since these ones are one piece, I think it'll be much easier to place them in different pairs of shoes without damaging them too much. I initially bought them to put them in my walking shoes but finally used them in some Vans slip-ons while travelling abroad for 4 days. I had no pain at all although I walked a LOT, so they work just as well as the one I got from a podiatrist ! I felt very pleased about it, since it means I can buy more in the future with no worry. I'd like to try the ones fit for the gym next. One default I would say : my UK feet size is between 7.5 (trainers, boots) and 8 (sandals, leather city shoes). I bought a medium size which is from 7 to 8.5 but ended cutting to size 7. So the soles might be a bit too long by default ? I might have to buy a smaller size in hope for them to fit inside my walking shoes which have a lot more padding inside.

Excellent product. Provides the support necessary and keeps the foot in the correct position thus alleviating the cause of the foot pain. They are not soft or padded, if they were they probably wouldn't be doing their job but they are still comfortable to wear. I worked a 12 hour shift with them and my feet felt less tired than without them. They definitely reduced the strain.

Really good but doesn't last long
I bought these back in December and I knew because od the material that they wouldn't last forever. At the start you do feel a huge difference and can see after a few weeks a difference in your arch of your foot. The insole is very comfortable but because of the materials used for it after 2-3 months of having them and not always wearing them everyday I have found the arch in the insole has collapsed and isnt doing the same thing as it once was

Great insoles, sturdy and cut to size
These have helped me walk correctly and stopped the ankle pain I was experiencing. I am able to go for walks again! I just cut them to size, removed my original insoles and replaced with these. They felt awkward at first but I soon got used to them. Great relief, so pleased with them !

Good arch support, not a high support as my NHS ones but these are helpful
I have flat feet/very very bad rolling arches, plus a heal spur. I have a proper pair of NHS orthotics insoles. I have the problem that I need multiple pairs to put into different shoes and I don’t always have enough time to sit and swap my insoles into different shoes and boots! The NHS charges for me about £180 per additional pair needed which isn’t financially practical.I bought these which I already knew were a fraction too large with the knowledge that you can trim them down, and that worked well. These have worked excellently for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these to others who have similar issues. The only thing I would say, is if you have a new heal spur issue, and it’s super painful to walk barefooted, then these aren’t the right insoles for you because they don’t have enough cushioning someone with an acute condition needs. I’ve have my heal spur a year and it’s manageable. I have bought spongy insoles from Amazon when I first developed the very painful condition before I had a chance to be seen by the NHS orthotics dept. A super spongy insole really helped specially during such a painful period, but unfortunately no one makes a super spongy heal insole with an excellent arch support, you just have to choose which is the most crucial. I still have a heal spur but it’s settled down and I have to be aware not to walk miles without additional padding and these insoles work fine.

Immediate relief from back pain and fallen arches !
Put these into my boots and felt immediate relief from back pain ! They take some getting used to as you feel as if you have a big smooth stone in your boot under the arch. They recommend wearing these to start with for just a few hours each day until you get used to them but the relief I feel in my back will ensure I perserve with these. Very simple to cut to size as there is an outline for each size. My feet feel beautifully supported. Only four stars as they do feel slightly uncomfortable to start with but that feeling does go as one becomes more used to wearing them.
