Can this be used for writing with a fountain pen ?

Yes, I write and draw on it with a fountain pen and waterproof ink. No problem.

Is each pack bound like a paperback ?

Hi, I have looked at all my Khadi Pads, but found a pack of paper A4 it actually says. Handmade paper from South India. Made from 100% recycled cotton rag. Gelatine sized. Acid free,. For watercolour, ink, printmaking, drawing. I mainly use it for my ink paintings and drawings. I have used it for watercolours and printing. I love it.
