Surprised at how much of a difference these made. Super simple to use, simply cut to size, following the guide lines and pop them into shoes. I added them to my steel toes which were roomy so it actually made them fit better. They are silver so help to reflect thermal energy and the pockets trap air to insulate and reduce heat loss. Great quality.

These wear out much quicker than usual insoles is my only gripe, they're disposable/short-term rather than a permanent replacement in my opinion, but they do work well to replace lighter insoles and keep your feet warm

Was a little sceptical of the foil aspect, but the insoles added a tiny bit of padding and a significant improvement in the warmth of my slippers. Tried some others which were too thick and caused the backs to slip off easily. These are just right in that respect. My only complaint would be the narrowness of the instep, the cutout is a little too aggressive and as such there is a gap between the instep and the side of the slipper.

I'm pleased with the the comfort/warmth. I am a size 5 and one of the reviews recommended not to cut on the 5 line at the heal but make it wider, I did this and they have stayed in place. I would add that the shoe was a work trainer type.

I bought it mainly to keep my feet warm while suffering from Raynauds. It works really well! Just cut it slightly over the 'correct size' as I did too much on the dotted line and now it slides back in the boots. But this is on me! Bought two other pairs for my parents as well and they love it

Los use todo un invierno y aún no se echaron a perder. Traen unas marcas para recortarlo al tamaño adecuado, pero no las usé. coloqué las plantillas en el piso, con el lado de aluminio hacia arriba. Me paré sobre ellas y con un marcador dibujé el contorno de mis pies. Luego usé ese contorno marcado para recortar las plantillas. Me ayudaron bastante con el frío en los pies. Aunque igual hay que tener buenas medias y zapatos. No te escapas de ello.
