Fantastic first volume
This first volume really kicks things off. I've played the game Dragonball Xenoverse 2 so I'm very familiar with the scene with Raditz vs Goku and Piccolo. It's honestly kinda exhilarating seeing Goku getting his ass kicked by Raditz (spoilers!!!)

Entertaining Background
I wanted some context to the video game Dragon Ball FighterZ. I learned about some of the characters by reading this. But now I want to read the rest of the series!

If you loved the anime you'll love this
Watched the anime and thought I read the manga that came out before it, it's an awesome read cuts out a lot of the filer that's in the original ( get Kai series if you want it to follow the manga). Overall I highly recommend it to any DBZ fan.
