Natures Gum
More expensive than normal gum but it’s a totally different product - this is natures chewing gum - it’s legit. And you can re use it too. I add some rosemary sprigs in mind when I chew to get added benefit and it turns green. Well worth it. Amen.

Sticking to your teeth and difficult to remove
Waste of time, money and effort. Some pieces of the gum are so soft that when you start chewing the gum just sticks to your teeth and it's very difficult to remove it. The tears in the box are very small and stuck together and the way they look is off too.

this gum is very hard how its ment to be but also sometimes some of the pieces get a bit gross as they sometimes break up in your mouth but other than that its a great product and great value for money. also there are a hell of a lot in the bag trust it will last at least 5 months. the taste is not good at all although this is healthy gum so its used to grow your jaw which it has for me.

BEST CHEWING GUM
Awesome mastic gum for chewing, have tried a bunch of different suppliers. Most are overpriced and subpar, too soft. These however are perfect, just tough enough to chew to keep me engaged while I’m working out. Love these during a heavy lift session! 10:10

Mixed bad of soft and hard gym
Such a mixed review here. So the harsh bits are exactly how Mastic gym should be. I guess its an acquired taste, but im Cypriot so, its lovely. However...there is loads of really soft bits mixed in that are too sort to chew and they just get stuck on your teeth. If all the bits were hard it would be a 5*

Pure, authentic, and worth every penny
This is the real deal from Chios — you can tell straight away from the texture and that piney, slightly sweet flavour. I chew it daily to help digestion and for its oral health benefits, but I’ve also used it in a homemade liqueur and even in a skin balm mix. It starts off hard, like little resin pearls, but softens into a chewy texture once you get going. The pack was fresh, aromatic, and really clean — no weird dust or filler. If you’re into traditional Mediterranean remedies or just want something unique, this is brilliant.

worth the money
bought this product for the purpose of growing my jaw muscles, it works as indented, the gum can get stuck in between your teeth however just sip some water and it will fix the issue. slight taste of wood, other than that its bland
