I have been using wakefit since last three months. I am going to share my experience, I had ordered mattress of size 72*66*6 and I received the same within 4-5 working days. The mattress was well packed and everything was looking perfect, even after opening the mattress, I was very happy. But my all happiness got shattered as the mattress was smaller in size and not as per my bed size. I was feeling very bad because it was me who had ordered wrong size. After 2 months, I got a call of Ms. Gayatri from wakefit office for my valuable feedback then I told her mattress is very good but I ordered wrong size and I am very upset. She said me not to worry, she is there to solve my problem. Then she told me to send some pics of the mattress, I did as she told, thereafter she said me to pay the differential amount for bigger size which I think was around 600 rupees, she waived off my courier charges which I supposed to pay as the mistake was from my side. Whenever I messaged her regarding any queries, I got prompt reply. Now I am very happy and satisfied using wakefit mattress. At last I must congratulate the wakefit mattress company for having employee like Ms Gayatri. I will highly recommend wakefit mattress. Will give 5/5 for mattress and 5/5 for their service.

Spine support is good

Not what it used to be. I bought one in India 3 years ago. The same model, quality was great and i dont have aches when i sleep on that mattress but the new one i purchased in UAE is not of good quality or they have changed the material, my back hurts in any position and my shoulders hurt while i sleep on the side. Cant return it too :(

The mattress was not firm as described and one end was tilted downwards.

Corners dont expand(inflate) properly and i took a 8 inch mattress but it looks like maximum 6.5 inch

The corner of the mattress does not inflate and it does set well with the bed.
