Columbiawomens Autumn Park Down Mid Jacket

This coat is great. The double zipper is perfect for sitting down without the whole thing bunching up in the middle. I love that it’s long. I am very tall and the length/sleeve length is perfect. I ordered my normal size and it fits great. The hood is pretty huge and silly looking, but I don’t care. It’s very warm and keeps the wind off my face.

The reviews for this coat were mixed... I gave it a try, and LOVE this coat!!! It is well made, very light and very warm. I bought it for a winter trip to Europe that we have not yet taken as I wanted a lighter, packable coat that would also be warm enough. This is a wonderful coat! I have worn it 7 or 8 times to walk my dog. Our temps have been in the 20s up to 40s. It is super warm and comfortable! I even wore it one night in cold light rain and stayed dry and cozy. The hood is awesome! Fake fur lined, warm and fits well. I wear a light cotton turtle neck and a light fleece underneath and have at times been almost too warm when walking. It also seems to do a great job of keeping out the wind. I am 5'3" tall and weigh 120 pounds. I bought the medium and have room to wear a heavier top if needed. It is not a loose fitting coat and I thought about going up to a large, but, would probably swim in that. In my opinion, Columbia coats run small. I have a couple of Lands End coats and jackets and find their smalls to be roomy on me. I am VERY happy with this purchase!!!

Columbia is always one of my favorite brand for jackets. This specific jacket is very warm plus also have a material which can help you in rain. Because water doesnt absorb into it. The fitting is also very sleek just like I was looking for. My husband totally loved it.

The sizing seems right. I got a small (I'm 5'2" -122lbs) . Don't think I'd be able to heavily layer up underneath it. It's fairly fitted and unlike some of the other longer down jackets - the look is more flattering. I've seen some that poof out around the bum area - this looks more streamlined. Like some of the other reviewers pointed out there are definitely a couple flaws - The hood IS pretty ridiculous looking when up. However - if it's cold enough to need the hood - I'm not gonna really care what it looks like! Also - inner pockets would have been great! Especially as there appears to be one on each side of the zipper - however - they have no bottom seam sewn in to actually be able to use as pockets! Pretty puzzling and definitely unfortunate!!! Other than that I got it with a gift card and literally $20 - so, what I actually spent on it - it's a keeper! I like the color also - it was the Malbec. I haven't worn it out in the cold yet - so not sure how warm it actually is.

This coat is warm and comfortable. Looks great on me! I was thrilled with the fit, the material, and the look of the coat. Its not too heavy and not too light. Perfect!!!

Right out of the bag this zipper would not work. It’s covered in fabric. Major design flaw.

La chaqueta me quedó muy bien , es ligera y se siente caliente. El gorrito sobre todo es sumamente caliente , estoy preparándome para usarla en Italia en enero durante el invierno.

I love my new coat. I did order a 2xx even though I am a L. It just fits. Very small coat. Order 2x your usual size. I love it xxxxx

I ordered a large, which is my size, and it didn’t even come close to fitting. Even if I re-ordered an extra large it’s obvious that wouldn’t fit either. This coat is more like a size 10, and this is the second Columbia coat I’ve had this problem with. I think I’ll find another brand.

I have a fall coat that seems it's just as warm.
