I'm 66 and think I'm shedding hair (although my hairdresser disagrees). Am I too old for this to work for me?

I am 75 and used the shampoo, conditioner and tonic for 3-4 months.  Hair loss stopped it felt like a miracle.  The only drawback was that my silver/white hair started to go yellow and I looked like a heavy smoker.  Decided hair colour was more important to me, so stopped using.  If you don't mind grey hair looking a bit yellow, I would highly recommend.  It really does stop hair loss.  Good luck.

Hello, cannot give a good solid answer. I am on medication which is affecting my hair and growth. My hairdresser gives me a treatment - a cocktails oils, serums and conditioners - every five weeks when I have my hair cut and coloured. This treatment is marvellous. She advised me to buy shampoo, conditioner, oil, spray that protects colour, hair from heat, helps hair shine and a memory spray that you put on wet and dry hair, the latter three definitely help. I cannot buy her treatment as it is made up of a lot of various elements tailored for the customer in question. There are five and each bottle costs an absolute fortune. I do not swear by her recommendation of her shampoo, so I bought these two products. As I only wash my hair once a week, I really couldn't give an honest answer as I'm not sure if the treatments I have every five weeks are helping more than the Plantur combination. I do keep using it as it's not causing any harm whatsoever but, I don't know what my hair would be like without it. If I could afford the hairdresser's products I would use those all the time. I do still use her two sprays and oil. Sorry not to be more helpful.
