Quality over cheapness
This is the second Bentley mop I've bought from this seller. The first one lasted about 4 or 5 years. That's why I bought a second. If you buy a cheap manufactured sponge mop. They last about 6 - 12 months.

Not as good as previous one
I bought my last one in 2016 and it lasted for nearly five years before the metal rusted away (due to all the bleach I use). It was very thick and absorbent. I live in the countryside and have a large hairy dog who traipses in and out of the kitchen all day, so my mop needs to be sturdy. This new one is good, not as thick as before but still does the job. Good value for money.

Works well
My kitchen floor is about 7m by 3m. For this s size floor the mop is big enough. It's absorbant and cleans well enough. I've had those strips type mops. This does a better and faster job absorbing more water and creating more sud.The handle bends a bit too much i think when you apply pressure. I don't think it will last but i might be wrong. It does have a lot of dust in it that i thrushed off outside but it was never ending, however, i saw none on the floor after use like others have reported. It comes with a nail. I used a non rusting screw for easy disassembly.

Not as advertised. Just a standard size, poor quality product
This is a standard four foot mop (120cm) not 165cm as advertised.Contacted the seller to return and request that they cover the cost of postage as the product is not as advertised. They suggested we keep the mop and they refund 30% of the cost. This was not accepted as the idea was to have a long-handled mop. All further requests to the seller were ignored.

Gives off lots of fibres
Great absorbent mop head. However every time is use I have to then vacuum to get all the lost fibres up, hopefully in time these will lessen. The handle isn't sturdy, bends a lot when mopping. Not the best, but does the job.

Too heavy and thick for me
I liked the look of this mop and have used a traditional rope mop for years. However I found the rope strands on this mop too thick and heavy. When wet, the mop was really heavy and quite difficult to handle. It was ok for a light mop but if you try to exert pressure to clean part of the floor you need to be careful. The rope easily parts and you end up scraping the metal end over the floor. This scratched my wooden floor. I preferred my previous mop, much lighter and with a lighter, finer mop head.
