Would these types of shoes be good for dance?

I personally would not use these shoes for dance.

Where do you pick the options for shoe size before buying?

Some are sold by size and it tells you what size in the description

Can these be worn on a regular basis? Like an everyday shoe?

Not unless you only wear them inside in carpet. They are not like a soccer shoe that can also be a sneaker. Wrestling shoes are made for use on wrestling mats.
