This has been a great buy! I initially bought this to help with pain in my back and knee, but has been a great help with rehabilitation after ACL surgery, the battery life is ok, and they are cheap enough to replace. The only downside to this is it doesnt give you information on pad placement for the EMS, but a quick Google helped me with that, the instructions are pretty clear to help you set the machine up and its easy to change the settings to suit what you want/need. Ive had this product over a year and its well used.

This does it's job well, nearly as good as my original TENS from the pain clinic. This is why it's inadequacies are so disappointing. It's really a product for short term use. If you want a TENS machine for an hour when you tweak your back gardening, this could be for you. If you use a TENS under medical instruction for chronic pain, this probably doesn't meet your needs. I wanted a machine that still used batteries because the rechargeable machines only have a 10 hrs run time, which isn't nearly sufficient. This uses four AAA batteries and goes through them very quickly. They ran out during a trip to London a couple of weeks ago; ran out again today when I needed it for a meeting. I wanted a machine without the swivel plugs on the leads as I've found these break very easily, not always working when you first purchase them. This at least does that but the electrodes don't fit properly. I bought Med-Fit's own but the leads are still falling out easily. If you need to use a TENS on the move, this has no clip to fasten to clothing. Without a pocket, I've resorted to stuffing it in my bra. The search for a machine as good as the NEEN TENS I was given in hospital continues.

Having bought several tense machines, this little one seems to be quite effective for sciatica and other back pain. Instructions are very clear and can be used on several areas of the body. Important to note as well thst this is not rechargeable. Compact and can be used when out and about. The only thing I hadn't noticed, there is no belt clip to clip it onto. Works just as well carrying in a pocket or bag though.

WARNING While I’m not new to tens machines I still made a foolish mistake. I placed the pads on back of neck as per instructions but was lazy and only used two rather than four. Which worked fine, that is until I decided to play around with the settings to see what they did. WELL .. needless to say I came across one that nearly choked me and being in a desperate need to turn it off I accidentally turned the power up rather than off!! Thankfully still alive to tell the tale and have definitely leant my lesson. Follow guide lines, use the recommended setting (especially when on back of neck) and make sure it’s on the lowest power setting first if you decide to try out different programs. The tens machine itself is great, in this case it was the foolish user at fault. 😬. It does exactly as it should and a great help for my neck pain (when on right setting). I definitely wouldn’t be without it. Fully recommend it .. just be aware!

I recently bought this for a condition called TMJ. honestly it's been a blessing to have this machine. It worked on the nerves and helped massively. Definitely a game changer

Buen producto. Muy completo y bien cuidado. Viene en una caja para ubicar el aparato y trae bastantes parches de repuesto. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

Al aparato le pondría un 3-4 por la variedad de programas, pero se queda con un 2 decidido, por lo endebles que son los cables y porque las pilas de recambio son super caras. La que me venia apenas me duró 20 minutos, y ahora bien, o te gastas 5€ en una pila cada vez que quieras usarlo, o 40€ en una pila recargable con un cargador un poco decentillo. Recomiendo otros que tengan otro tipo de carga, encontrar estas pilas en un super normal es raro a parte de caras
