Heliocare Oral Capsules, Skincare and Sun Protection Supplements 60Capsules

Used these for 10 days in Greece where I was in direct sunlight for most of the day. This prevented my usual skin rashes and itchiness from the sun, no issues with texture and they were very effective. Good value as they made a clear difference for me.

This is the first review I've ever written. I have suffered with PMLE for 18 years. Every spring I would feel that familiar itch on my upper chest, neck and arms. I've been unable to enjoy summer for fear of an itchy unsightly flare up. After booking my first hot holiday, I began to worry that this condition would ruin it. After some research, I saw recommendations for heliocare capsules. Worth a try! You take them daily and the protection builds up. I had a lovely Holiday, got a lovely tan and no itching or blisters. These capsules are honestly magic. I will be ordering them every spring.

Wow what a game changer. I followed a routine with them that Chat GPT advised and after a boiling hot holiday of 7 days of 35+ heat I had no sign of my PMLE at all! I used SPF cream too and got the best tan ever! I highly recommend!

As a PLE sufferer I've not had a holiday in 12 years where my upper chest didn't break out in a itchy painful red rash.having read reviews here and on a few sites - I thought I would give these a go. I wore a vest top in the sun for 4 hours... and while I felt some symptoms, a little itch, no rash appeared. I chickened out to fully expose on day 2, wearing a rash vest in the pool - BUT it's infinitely more than I have ever bared before (still wearing factor 50) and I noticed a big difference.I did have a small red patch in the usual place but NOWHERE near as bad, in fact only I noticed it because I was keeping a photo diary! But it's not itchy or painful, and a far cry from the awful experience I've had before.I'm due to go on holiday again later this year and will make sure I'm stocked up - and on any sunny days will definitely be turning to the pills. I may even try doubling up with a heliocare cream rather than standard 50+ Nivea kids.Pic contrast is from day 3 of my last holiday (after only 30 min exposure on day 1) and pic 2 is as above. In short - I wouldn't skip about in a bikini all day! But it gave me confidence and importantly helped me avoid much of the discomfort and embarrassment of my PLE rash,I'd usually pay anything to get rid of it once it's here - glad I made the investment up front!

I can't comment on how the product works but the bottle had no label and the instructions on how many tablets to take daily are different on the box and the seller's product info section...

Perfect protection to my sun sensative skin. Not burnt since recieving. Only take on days of increased tempatureWith a good sun block works well

I'm so impressed with this product. I've suffered with polymorphic light eruption for the past 10 years. As spring hit I was covered in bumps and rashes and the itching started. I done a thorough research on how I could possibly improve this as I really didn't want to suffer another summer and I have 2 holidays abroad booked. This product came up again and again so i purchased it and I have left it 4 weeks before I wrote this review. I have taken this along side benadryl antihistamines and suncream and I can honestly say I am sitting in the sun without a rash, no itching and enjoying the sunshine. I even have a little colour on my pale skin. Highly recommended. Buy it and give it a go!!!!

I use these capsules to prepare my skin before prolonged sun exposure (holidays). The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. They give me a nice glow and my skin perfectly hydrated. I will buy again for sure. Five stars
