Where can I get replacement bits for this. As usual I lose 2 or 3 bits

All the sockets and bits with this set can be replaced with either the exact same Wera items, or similar items from other manufacturers like Milwaukee, DeWalt and Bosch.

The screwdriver bits that come with this set are 50mm long with a 1/4" hex drive. The following are the part numbers of the Wera bits that make up the set, which will help you to search on-line, either on Amazon or elsewhere:

You don't even have to stick to 50mm long bits - you can use 25mm, 87mm or some other length. Wera sells these too, although they may not fit in the pouch.

Wera also offer "Bit-Checks", which are collections of bits supplied in a flip-top holder. For example, the "Bit-Check 6 Universal 2", Part No 05056473001, gives six common Philips, Pozi and Torx 50mm bits that are included with the 8100 SA 6 set.

Question 2

Is there a reason it skips the 9mm socket? How important or common is a 9mm?

It depends what set you are talking about, the boxed sets come with a 9mm socket but the roll ones don't for some reason. It's not a very common size to be honest, but it's also quite a premium extra to pay to get just one socket. I don't think my 9mm has ever been used

Does this tool also have the ability to be used as a torque wrench ?

This set comes with the Zyklop ratchet 
This is the most useful set I have ever had
It’s superb quality and I use it constantly 
Hardly need the rest of the toolbag 
I can highly recommend it
