Q: Can anyone suggest how to get rid of the foul tasting/smelling water that is dispensed

I filled the water container to half way and then added some double concentrate lemon squash. I ran 400ml through it 3 times. Then I emptied the water container and swilled it out under the tap before refilling with clean water. I ran 400ml through twice. The taste is no longer there. I've done this on 2 separate units with the same problem and both now work without the foul taste.

Q: How long does it take to boil 2 cups

in the region of 30 to 45 seconds. certainly less time than it takes to boil a kettle and provides exactly the right amount of boiled water. I think its really useful and economic.
